This place is an absolute ripoff, I was going to scrap some number 1 copper tubing, most yards are paying $4.75-$5.25 per pound. They wouldn't tell me the price on the phone and when I went there they didn't have the price posted. I asked two people and both were hesitant to tell me. They finally told me $2.20 per pound. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, they will take your metal and tell you the price after if you're not careful. read more

Got there 40 minutes before closing and the worker wouldn't let me recycle my cans and bottles that were in separate bags.

Went to this location after work to turn in my recycles and on Apple Maps and Google is says it closes at 5pm, I got there at 4:25pm and they were closed. I rushed over to get there on time just for them to be closed completely wasted my time this is the second time this has happened they need to update the hours of business online it's ridiculous they close over 30 mins before the posted time. On top of this the lady who works behind the counter has a snappy attitude and is simply rude. Would not recommend taking your recycles here their payouts are low and the place is very unsanitary even for a recycling center. I don't plan on coming here again read more

What can I say? It is a recycling center. Very unglamorous; however, it is a necessary place to go if one consumes products packaged in plastic, glass, or aluminum cans. Well, my city does provide recycling bins for weekly pick up at the house. But hey, it doesn't hurt to make some pocket change for vinyl record shopping or something! This brings back memories of the early 1980 when I, as a little girl, learned of recycling for the first time. To this day, I still cannot believe that people still throws away recyclable items. It's quite a shame. Anyhow, today I made $21.54 and made some space in the garage (this make the husband super happy). Tips: 1. Bring latex gloves (You have to segregate your recyclables using their giant bins and they're pretty gross) 2. Bring a hat and wear sunscreen (on this Saturday, there was a line...standing in the sun) 3. Bring I.D. (if you want to get paid, no excuse) 4. Go earlier in the day for cooler weather. Nothing to rant and rave about, it's just your typical recycling center. Bring gloves as things can get kind of grimy. Prices seem to be pretty fair and they ask for license and car plate number when recycling copper. Try your best to get in and out as quickly as you can because it can get packed! When jam packed, it makes it difficult to get your car in or even back out of their pretty tight lot. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I called their "business" after seeing their ad in the Yellow Pages. Simply asked how much they pay per pound for Copper, and got yelled at by some crazed Chinese Woman about how they cannot give quotes over the phone. I literally only said "Hi there. How much do you guys pay per pound for stripped, Clean and Shiny Copper Wire," and that was all it took for this absolute Banshee to screech "I CANNOT GIVE PRICE OF THE COPPERS OVER PHONE, WHY YOU CALLING ABOUT IT HERE?!" I calmly asked why their ad says "Call for Prices" if they can't give them over the phone, which set her off on a long, unintelligible tirade which nearly blasted my headphones clean out of my ears. Seriously, my phone's volume was set all the way down and it still sounded like someone was screaming directly into my eardrums. If this is how these clowns treat their Customers, I can't even imagine how they treat their own employees. Stay far away. Never came here and never will. I usually go here to recycle. The prices are pretty good. Usually I bring aluminum and copper. I go back home pretty satisfied. Don't forget to bring your ID with you because you won't be able to make any exchanges. read more
