These people are the worst in recycling business. Very unethical, dishonest and fraudulent. Their scales are often not zeroed but usually -7 lbs purposely. When you ask to zero they often ignore as if they can't speak English. This younger guy purposely enters like 50-100 less and often changes the rate weight if empty basket or cart. I will report these people to Fullerton Police, BBB and everywhere I can. I will never go there again. I had a great first time experience here, I am shocked that this place has bad reviews. A worker was extremely friendly and helped me separate my plastic and aluminum with a positive attitude. I used to come often to this place. Until last few time noticed that the weight that says on the basket shows differently on the receipt they give you and the weight the whole total says on the scale shows also different on the receipt. Example: their baskets show differently weights before you grabbed them, 31,31.5,32,32.5. If I would take a basket that weights 31 plus the weight of the recycle let's say the total weight with the basket was 46.5. The receipt would say the basket's weight was 33 and total was 46pounds, therefore you are getting 2.5 stolen of the recycling you just took. For aluminum, they pay you $1.75, that's $4.37 per basket. Just imagine if that's the case on each basket. Today I complained about it and the young guy made me wait until he was done with everyone, aside from being rude because i complained and swearing at me, when he was done just handed the receipt to the short Hispanic dude that thinks that looks cool with a really bad goatee, instead of acknowledging his mistake tried to argue with me that he was correct. He only change the weight on the basket for 2 items. No apology was received instead acted offended because I complained for them stealing from me. But now that I am doing the counts for 5 baskets of both plastic and aluminum , I noticed that I lost 9pounds of improper weight. That's about $15.75 of lost money. Do not go here. Already contacted BBB and they won't do anything about it. They illegally change the weight of your recycling cause they've done it to me and a woman in front of me one day. Called them out if it and the manager got physical with me and pushed me. Called the cops too and nothing was done. They changed my cans and bottles as a different type of recycling and paid me less. I came with my car PACKED with recycling to the point where it was hard to drive and granted that's not their fault but their yelp says they are open til 5 and the sign there says that too. And as you can see on my screen shot, it was 4:15. When I got there the guy was so rude telling me they were not open and that everyone left. And I was being polite about it but the guy was giving me so much attitude. Maybe change your signage then. So if you come, just know that they might be closed just bc they want to. read more

This was the place to recycle prior to GOOD EARTH buying the business. I never had a problem with the old company. I've been here twice and both times they shorted me on change. Count your change if you do business with Good Earth. I will be going somewhere else the next time I have CRV. This place used to the best in the area for recycling. They were efficient and accepted a greater variety of recyclables than most other locations. Lately, they've been accepting fewer types of recycling, and today I was told by the staff that they close the doors 10 minutes prior to closing and wouldn't let me in, even though it was 11 minutes before 5:00. read more

This is our ultimate recycling center for our family's needs. It is conveniently located near an intersection. It's owed by women, so a definitely plus. The workers there are friendly and helpful. The have big parking place to park and unload your recycling materials. Trash cans are nearby and well kept. Crates and signs are clearly labeled. There is an outdoor sink, with soap near the cashier. Transaction was very easy. Give the cashier the receipt, fill out your information, and you receive the CASH. Check out for online coupon and deal before you go. It worths it! Highly recommend! read more

I suspect that this Environmental business name grabbed my attention, but I think that s business does not pay out as well as another business, namely, the recycle business in Placentia (don't know name) off Chapman (east of the McD) paid me more for less recyclable items than I was paid at this Good Earth business! Love this place. The guys working are super nice, respectful and fast. They answer all ur questions . Thai place is pretty clean . The cashiers... they are ok. Some can be rude but we can't see their faces because of the window. Don't ask them any questions, they are something else, they may just be having a bad day inside that nice ac room lol. Other than that this place is amazing. They have soap and water for u to wash ur hands and they al wear mask. I'll give them 5 stars even though their cashiers are meanies read more
