My mom called on Thursday and ordered flowers for his wife. She explained the situation, that her son had died and this was the first anniversary without him. At first, customer service was great. But today, flowers were delivered late, the delivery person yelled at me for scaring her (I was waiting for the flowers on the sidewalk). Delivery person seemed very out of sorts and the bouquet was terrible. Snap dragons were wilted, alstroemeria was as well. I called and expressed my disappointment. Again, service was great and was promised a new bouquet by 4:00 but nothing was ever delivered. I was asked to leave the old bouquet outside so they could see where they 'missed the mark'. Bouquet is still outside, waiting to be picked up. Sad.

The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I found that so odd seeing as there were like 4 employees present 2 on the phone taking orders and 2 putting them together. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope. Honestly the flowers were so beautiful and they wrapped them once I asked which I appreciated very much.
