Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. She just rambled over and over in a very incoherent way that laptop boxes can ONLY be used for laptops and NOTHING else. Said that was fedex policy. I looked it up and couldn't find this policy.
