All of the people that work there are so pleasant so helpful. Shoot, even the bathroom is amazing at the facility along with their little candies that they have available for you I've suffered a traumatic brain injury in the past so businesses that can help me remember things or at least be kind when I have forgotten mean a lot to me. Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding! Arlene was amazing at helping my friend move who was running late due to traffic. She offered to stay late and wait for him so he would be able to check in and get his unit and unload his truck the same day. I live closer so I went in and handled everything and she truly was helpful, and made it a very easy process. My friend finally got there with his U-haul after 9pm and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this facility, the staff is very friendly and they really go above and beyond to help you. My friend rented a unit on the second floor, I did not notice a huge temperature problem like other people mentioned. They have a freight elevator that fits 2 dollies, you load it up and send it up, walk up the stairs and unload the elevator. They also have a U-haul drop off! The facility is huge and clean! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really deserves attention…read more I hired Two Men and a Truck for a move on June 17th, and it ended up being one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional service experiences I've ever had. The movers got into a loud, aggressive argument early in the day -- so bad that one of them ended up sitting in the truck cab for the rest of the day, leaving the crew short-handed. The remaining movers were angry, cursing constantly (about my furniture?), and continued to argue with each other throughout the day. The tension was uncomfortable, and honestly, I didn't feel safe or respected in my own home. Because they were down a person, the move ran way over their original estimate -- by 67% -- and even though they adjusted the rate, it still ended up costing far more than expected. When the company followed up for feedback, the person I spoke to was understanding and apologized sincerely. I was asked what could make it right. I said a refund. They offered $100 -- which felt inadequate -- and after I said so, they never responded again. I'm not writing this to get anyone "in trouble." I just think people deserve to know what they're signing up for. I paid for a full team and a professional experience -- and I received neither. I'm still waiting for the company to do the right thing and make this right with a proper refund.

This company grossly underestimated the size of truck needed for our move, despite having detailed information about the contents of my home ahead of time. Because of their incompetence and lack of preparation, they left behind more than $30,000 worth of belongings. They even came 2 days before move days and assured me everything would fit. Among the items left behind were the ashes of my recently deceased husband -- something completely irreplaceable and deeply personal. The emotional distress this has caused is impossible to describe. No amount of excuses can justify treating a family's possessions, memories, and grief with such carelessness and disregard. Their credibility is a joke. At one point they said they recommended a 2nd truck and I responded that I'd have to check with my husband. Of course my response was "you mean the dead one"! Instead of taking accountability, communication was poor, solutions were inadequate, and I was left scrambling during an already emotional and stressful life transition. This was not just bad customer service -- it was shocking negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially where trust and professionalism matter most.
