This is a husband and wife venture, a good hairdresser, lots of staff with different areas of expertise and experience. I always remember it being wildly expensive though. Very close to £200 for a cut and dye. I know this kind of thing is always ultra expensive in London but that's stupid, you can definitely pay a lot less locally. It is the sort of place though that is always busy and bustling. It has got a good vibe, quite frenetic and I guess that helps the time go a bit quicker, especially when you are start repeating stories in different celebrity magazines. Bear in mind the high prices.

Serene & tranquil, the spa has that contemporary Eastern theme, with dark woods, salte floors, low lighting & good use of flaura & fauna. The treatments include elements from Chinese, Ayurvedic, European, Balinese and Thai cultures. There is a minimum booking time of 2 hours so you'll have to splash out, but if you're looking to pamper yourself or a loved one its a great experience. Guests are asked to arrive at The Spa at least 45 minutes prior to their treatment to fully immerse themselves in the Heat & Water facilities (here's a solarium, crystal steam room & hydrotherapy pool to relax in before hand). Be warned, though this is not an "all-day spa" and has limited public areas, so don't expect to hang out for the day here. I have to say this is one of my favourite spas & well worth a visit. If you're looking for gifts, they do gift vouchers as well as E'SPA Products.

The salon is always kept clean and tidy and the staff are always welcoming and pleased to see you. They are very organised and will phone and/or text you to remind of your appointment. I've had highlights done here as well as cuts and have always been really pleased with the results. I can't deny that it's quite expensive, but it's a bit cheaper than the Toni & Guy chain and I've found the results and the service to be much better. I would definitely recommend Headmasters in Staines if you're looking to change your hairdresser.
