I had a fantastic experience with A+ Appliance. My dryer stopped working. Got a quote from another local appliance and A+ Appliance and A+ Appliance's quote for a service call was $30 cheaper. That was the start to a good experience! I called and quickly got an appointment set up for two days later. They give a two hour window and Adam arrived right in the middle of that window. I told him the issue and started explaining what I thought it was from my own research. He never once acted annoyed or frustrated with me speaking my mind about what I thought or with me standing over him the whole time he was working. He quickly found the issue and had the part ready to install with him (it was a pretty simple fix). He then took the time to check over the other parts and cleaned up everything to make sure they would continue to work well (this is like a 20 year old dryer). I would not have purchased this property if it had been inspected by someone reputable. He refunded my inspection cost and offered me to his insurance that paid me around $800. They are quick to respond and always courteous. The first visit was great. They diagnosed our problems for a reasonable cost. We were fast-made loyal customers. I'm not sure what happened on the second visit, honestly. We told them to "do whatever they needed to do" to fix our system. Our dog had dug up a section and chewed it. But we had a family problem arise and had to leave. When we came back, they'd left a bill, but our sprinkler line was still dug up and sprayed right at the fence line. They fixed the broken head, but the rest was - undone, essentially. We couldn't believe they'd tested the system when one head sprayed directly at the fence. We've chalked that up to bad communication and want to try the service again. So, I suppose my review contains a warning: stay on site during repair and communicate regularly with the crew.

They not only took pictures of before and after so we could see the difference but encouraged me to look at the ducts myself before so I could see how bad they were before they cleaned them. They're also a family company which I really appreciate and like to support. No complaints at all- would absolutely recommend them. My only regret is that we didn't get them in sooner!
