I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early. There wasn't anyone inside of the office. So I sat & waited until my appointment. 5 minutes goes by & still nothing. So I call their number...no answer. I am finally seen 15 minutes past my appointment. These pictures are not clear and no better than the images you get at your regular doctor appointment. Unfortunately my baby is too big, so it's hard to get pictures. I feel that the company should advise mothers that "if you have been told you are having a big baby, pictures may be harder to capture". The worst part of this experience was how I had the option to come back in two weeks to try again if I wasn't happy with my images. HOWEVER...I have to pay an additional $35! But you are not able to take any photos home that were captured that day. So what exactly did my $60 pay for? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Keep in mind I had HD photos done aka the best quality photos. Yet I'm still having trouble making out what each picture is. I honestly want my money back. I am more satisfied ultrasounds from my doctor visits.

I was amazed how kind, thoughtful, respectful and professional all of the staff and visiting staff were. My care was 100% perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience for my first surgery. Everything that they were going to perform on me was clearly explained and in no way rushed. I had the same experience for my pre-surgery tests and phone call. Everyone went out of their way to extend every courtesy to me. They say the results are on My Chart but make you have to set up an account on a separate web site, log on, and request them to sent the images to you. This delays viewing your images, and they are only available form short time. The process is not necessary. They should just post the images on my chart like it says they do. I gave them four Stars due to this extra step, which is the whole reason you go to them.

The doctor even called me at home the next day to check on me. The office staff here was professional and very caring for my issue and took great care of me from start to finish.
