I'm transferring my stuff though into the Eisenhower campus so I'll be doing a lot of my other scans on that campus but this place was really really good and I stopped and picked up my Medical forms and they were very kind about getting them done quickly as I waited in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes

I understand things can occur. This MRI required of me, to abstain from Intimacy with my wife for 72 hours and to fast from midnight until the procedure. Okay not a big deal, nothing to get angry about. Here is where it gets worse!!! I called the next day to reschedule and the automated answering service said they were busy and would answer when available. After being on an automated hold call with music for over one hour without anyone picking up the call, their system ended the call. To me that's way way worse than an honest mistake which occurred at my original appt. What do you think? I had to edit this review, as obviously I needed to call back after their system ended my call without answering. So on my second call, again I've been on automated hold again. I'm over an hour again of hold time to reschedule my appt that was postponed by Halo not me. You'll never guess what happened. Yes you guessed it! Same thing occurred on this call!!! Over an hour and their system ended the call. No patient should ever have to wait 2 hours to talk to a live person to make an appt for a medical procedure. That's an indication that the patient is of no concern to the provider. It is a reflection of their professionalism. It should also cause concern for the rest of their ability in other aspects of their business to provide professional service. My new rating is 1

Even before you get the referral from your medical group in the mail you get a phone call from…read moretheir finance department asking questions about how you plan to pay your portion. And they volunteer the details of the deal they "cut" with your plan. And then on your first visit you get handed a promissory note to sign and you haven't even seen the doctor yet. This facility provided radiation treatment for my wife. The equipment didn't function 17% of the time. The staff didn't bother to call to cancel causing me to drive a cancer patient an hour one way in the heat of summer. They were evasive and unclear as to an exact time it would be repaired meaning it seemed they'd like you to be waiting in the hopes of them having billable time. Their primary purpose is selling "machine time" and you're just the vehicle to make it happen. And OH ! They're in Chapter 11 bankruptcy ! They are far too willing to push the envelope of acceptable care interruption in order to keep your dollars. They have no back up. This is unacceptable beyond all recognition. They bought the remains of a bankrupt company and are hobbled by their bad equipment. The office ordered a PET scan without a doctor's orders and they had it delivered to the wrong office? How is that even possible? How is possible for a patient to even have such an important scan and the doctor doesn't know? I would strenuously object if your plan sends you to this place.
