Manager was rude and had an attitude the whole time I kept telling I am on a lunch break but it took forever to do a print the. I said I need to sign and scan it too. She started helping another customer. Zero empathy. She kept saying when I told her that I need to do this real quick and get back to work I won't be able to even eat lunch if she's so slow she deliberately took forever to print and scan my document threatened to call cops on me cause I got frustrated but I was sitting there I felt discriminated due to having a bit of an accent. She lost a customer there and because of her I am giving her one star She should have had empathy. Try to be fast and reassuring she'll get it done quickly. I didn't appreciate how I was treated. At the end I only got my print not even my scan. Really not cool. That's not how you treat customers during Christmas holidays.

I needed two notary signatures / seals for a Durable Power of Attorney document, and a Medical Power of Attorney document and Sam was able to do both without any issues or hiccups. When she was finished, I asked for multiple business cards of hers so I could refer future friends and colleagues in need of a notary to her in the future. Additionally, if you're in Burbank and you need a traveling notary she will come to you (provided she's at home in Burbank as well) for a mere $40 extra fee on top of her per page notary fees ($15 per page). Admittedly I was upset returning to the store location, and faced with explaining how the previous employee didn't fax the entire packet of document. This delayed the process of my retirement, with my previous job. You see UPS faxed only three sheets out of seven sheets!!! I had no idea, and I was only told that this was the case two weeks later.
