It's very easy to come here and drop off UPS packages on my way home. They also have printing services and shipping supplies. There is a small parking lot in the back and some loading spots directly in front on the street. There is both a front and back entrance. There is also a little kiosk to scan and drop off packages which I have used before when the line is really long. My only negative is the workers cannot help with any lost packages, even if originally dropped off there. you have to call the main customer service line and sometimes even then that is not helpful. read more

They have a great staff that is very knowledgeable, and they work quickly and efficiently to help every customer. Not only did I return some packages, but I also got a passport photo taken, had documents printed, and shipped out additional documents -- everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I use this UPS store occasionally for shipping and almost once a week for all my returns. Sean and the team there are always super friendly and very quick. I've been to UPS stores in other parts of LA where team members are less than enthused about dealing with returns, but the guys at this location never bat an eye. The team always goes above and beyond customer service-wise. Recently, for example, after leaving the store, I convinced myself that I had mislabeled two boxes. I went back to check the labels and Sean managed to find the boxes in the back for me to confirm I had done them correctly! Absolutely outstanding, friendly service from everyone there. read more

The guys here are GREAT: true gentlemen. Huge appreciation for Lex + Tag especially who always go out of their way to always greeting me with a genuine smile (even when I come in a minute before UPS closes and staying open to painstakingly print out three different labels for the three items all going back to the same place - I didn't know we couldn't use the same one), to taping packages up for me with their packaging tape (USPS and other local mailbox shops make you buy a roll of tape), to showing me a wholesome good time. I cancelled an amazon order to be delivered by UPS . it got delivered anyway and i needed to go to the UOS store on riverside dr in toluca lake. I've been there many times and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.. On this occasion i dealt with Steven for the third time in two days...the return lable did not come thru properly etc etc but Steven suggested he help me get a new return lable...which he did with ease... and saved me a lot of tome trying to navigate the amazon site. Either the call is getting disconnected as it transfers, is being put on hold with no notification or music OR they're just hanging up. Regardless, you can't reach anyone by phone. Disappointing. Quickest service ever! This is a little bigger than your average UPS store. They have quite a few employees which makes it perfect if you don't like waiting. Made the mistake of coming here today, the day before New Years, to ship a single envelope of documents from Burbank to Canada. Simple enough? Think again. The 2 young guys behind the counter immediately said it would be at least $200! For an envelope. They didn't even check the address in the computer for a quote. He insisted at least $200 and maybe more. I said that I had just come from Fed Ex and they quoted $84. The kid wearing braces said you should try USPS. I guess they wanted to close early. This was at around 1:00PM. I called the UPS store on Alameda and the nice lady asked for the zip code and weight and quoted me $114. Both Fed Ex and the UPS Store on Alameda were professional and ran the address to give me a price and options. I will use the Alameda UPS Store going forward. These 2 employees should be spoken to for driving away business and giving false information. Very poor representation of UPS. read more
