My experience with Akiah, was great!!! She handled my faxing, and she helped by solving an issue that was accidentally created by the young employee who originally faxed my documents two weeks prior. Admittedly I was upset returning to the store location, and faced with explaining how the previous employee didn't fax the entire packet of document. This delayed the process of my retirement, with my previous job. You see UPS faxed only three sheets out of seven sheets!!! I had no idea, and I was only told that this was the case two weeks later. Long story short Ahkiah handled my dilemma, and she sent us off, with a big smile. She is a good employee, and she understands how to handle her costumers. She knew how to make the costumer happy!! This location seems to have recently gone through a major staff turnover. In the past, returns here were always quick and easy, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after my recent experience about a week ago, I will not be returning to this UPS location. I walked in with several Amazon return packages and attempted to briefly place them in the sitting area on the left side of the store near where the notary usually sits. I was the only customer in the store at the time, but the employee assisting me immediately told me I could not place them there, even temporarily while she scanned my returns. Throughout the transaction, she repeatedly and passively aggressively commented that my packages were not taped, even though they were no-box/no-label Amazon returns and I have never had an issue with this process before at this location. The overall interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she had long dark hair and facial piercings. New Manager is very customer focused. Usually service here is just ok. But this new manager is great.

Moved to this area not too long ago so have started going to this store for all my ups shipping and Amazon needs. This is a very busy plaza so parking can be hit or miss. I do like that they have the self service kiosk for Amazon, but from time to time I've experienced issues with not being able to use it for various reasons. That's where the 3 stars comes in. The one manager here can be quite condescending to customers. I've experienced it first hand and witnessed with others on multiple occasions. In general, if you require personal contact vs self service in here, don't be in a hurry and don't expect friendly associates. But at the end of the day, you will be able to accomplish your task. read more

I go to this UPS a lot. While everyone is very efficient, I had an amazing experience on Saturday 21st of March. It was around 11:00 and an employee named Akiah was working alone. Why? I have no idea, as they are always busy then. She helped everyone with such a wonderful smile and attitude. It really made my day. I can't say that for many stores anymore. They saved me from a literal nightmare and saved me over $800. I had to return an exercise bike from Amazon but I had thrown away the box and all packaging materials. The staff here was so kind and helpful, shoutout to TIARA who let me bring in all of the individual bike parts and got this monster to fit all in one box. Paying less than $50 to return an $880 bike is much better than a 20% restocking fee I would have paid if I had to return this directly to the manufacturer (which wasn't even an option since I purchased thru Amazon). Such phenomenal service and I'm so thankful after losing all hope since I didn't keep the original packaging and had lost all hope at returning this. Thank you UPS!!! read more

Do not have any amazon packages delivered to your mail box at this location. The workers blame the amazon driver And just say sorry we have no idea what happened to your packages. Even tho it says on my amazon account that it was received by the employee of this service. It's known that this is happening with management and nothing changes If you are returning to Amazon you will not have any issues If you need anything from the ups service no issues But receiving packages is a huge problem My camping trip was ruined due to my missing gear.. and nothing changes at this point After multiple phone calls no gear was found.
