Needless to say , she didn't answer the day she was supposed meet me at lot. I was already on my way so I showed up at stone lot. Someone was nice enough to go through the slabs. I found a quartzite one I liked. The manager took all my info and said he'd hold the remnant and Danielle would call me Monday. I waited til Wednesday no one called. I phoned both locations. They give me her number. She didn't answer. But somehow knew all about the remnant that was on hold. And texted me price info. I phoned her again because I had questions. She didn't answer phone call. So I texted her and asked for her to give me a call plz because I had questions. She Never returned phone calls or text !!!!!!! How does this place do any business ?????? Your salespeople are lacking and are just awful. How difficult is it to call or text ?? What a joke of a place. Except the production manager at the slab lot. Maybe they need to teach salespeople how to handle sakes !!!

From taking measurement to job finished, they had been very nice, professional and offering me suggestions on cabinets I was not aware of. Quality wise, cabinets are solid wood and come with self closing doors and drawers. Overall, a very happy experience.

Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.
