Rescheduled, but did not show up to the new date, nor respond to my email asking for clarification. Just left me hanging. He clearly decided he did not want to do my irrigation project, but instead of communicating, he strung me along and made promises he never intended to keep. To completely ghost me and not even respond after agreeing to do the project is some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. If he doesn't want to do my project, fine. Just be a decent human and tell me. Now I am several weeks behind on my project. Please save yourself weeks of headache and choose a different company!

They took my inspiration photos and a sketch, and they manifested it into a natural-looking design that is well integrated in our existing yard. From the moment I reached out, Ghee promptly communicated back with detailed answers over the phone and/or text. We locked in scope, and the estimate he provided was reasonable. It was on the high end compared to other bids, but his communication and experience led us to go with him. And good thing we did. The resulting project is beautiful. We got large granite rocks, river rock, and a liner underneath all for $4K. Much of that was material cost. The labor they put in was 2.5 days. Definitely hard work to dig out the pond and move the large rocks in place. The crew also was friendly and kept the site clean every day. I'd definitely hire Fire Sparrow Landscaping again.

We ended up doing a half paver patio, half artificial turf for the back yard which included some retaining wall work. They also installed a gravel path to the back yard with paver stepping stones. The work was done in 5 days and his team was very courteous and friendly (especially to my 4 year old daughter who would wave from the window). As with most projects, issues arose, but Santiago was very transparent with them and provided solutions to get the job done right. L & S did such a good job that the neighborhood is considering them for future work and regular yard maintenance.

The initial work was great but it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with Renee due to extremely slow responses or completely neglecting to respond. They did such a good job initially even though the communication was bad I figured I would hire them for regular service. They were charging me a $270.00 a service to come out and mow a tiny back yard and do weed pulling. I found out later that tree, hedge, and garden bed maintenance was not part of the service and that was all additional. I paid them to do more work and again just completely fell short. Now the quality is also getting bad and they keep asking for more money even when some of their last projects here are not working (a gate). Also I have requested numerous times for the em to stop filling up my yard waste bin with their other clients yard waste. The city won't pick it up because it's too heavy and Renee week after week continues to tell me it will get emptied and never does.
