And TSA...the waiting area after security is very small...real small...one open area perhaps 1000 SF... so why do you have an "officer" cruise between the chairs stopping to stare...WTF do you think you will see... use some common sense, this is a waste of tax payer money...I fail to see any value in what you are doing beyond scanning the bags...

The folks at the counters are the ones who put your bags on the plane, unload the plane, direct you to the plane and generally things in order. They're certainly not perfect but our experience has always been one where they're attempting to keep things running smoothly and do a pretty good job at it. The kiosks our front make check in easy and the folks at the desk are always helpful. In my experience, even during the hectic times they keep smiles on and get things done. Quality work peeps!

He was very helpful in setting up my schedule. After the times were nailed down, I felt confident that he would take care of me. A couple weeks after making my schedule, I needed to change the time: no problem! I was picked up right on time, the driver was very nice, opened my door and took my bags. Told me where I'd be picked up, but I didn't quite know what he was talking about, lol! (the airport is a lot different from the last time I went there.) On the way back, Sam contacted me with a courtesy reminder while I was still in transit. I was very grateful for the reminder as I was totally exhausted.
