We couldn't have had a better experience! A day before our appointment TC Black confirmed our appointment, gave us the name and direct phone number of our driver, Kim, along with the number to the office. Kim met us at the appointed time and place, the American Cruise Lines dock in Richland, WA, and took us to three wineries for tastings. The first was Chandler Reach where the wines were very good and the view from the patio relaxing and beautiful. The second winery was Avennia where the view was expansive and where we enjoyed the wines even more. Our last winery was a jewel. While the view from Palencia isn't as memorable as the other wineries, Palencia is where we met the winemaker, Victor, who was quite passionate about the history of the winery, his product and the wines that four of us tasted we considered the absolute best. Kim was very helpful, caring and fun to be with. TC Black who provided a Charcuterie Board that was delicious, we had at one of the wineries. We highly recommend TC Black and won't forget the memorable day that they provided for us. read more

Excellent, high-end limo like service. For what you pay for a ride in one of those yucky cabs from the airport, you could get a ride in this fantastic, nice and new luxury car. Our pickup from the airport was confirmed via text the day before with confirmation as well as the name of our driver. That day, as our plane landed, we received a text from our driver. He told me he would be happy to come in baggage claim and assist us with our bags. He waited for them to come off the carousel and loaded them in the car, just a few steps from the loading line. TC Black is the only game in town for a wine tour in the tri-cities area of Washington state. The drivers are helpful, polite, and punctual. Also, they really know the different wineries and can make reservations for you based on what you like. Although they do all of this work, they still only charge the hourly rate plus tip to the customer. Jordan was our driver and he was fantastic. He picked us up in a beautiful black Volvo sedan playing my favorite music genre. :) We also ran into David from TC Black doing another wine tour and he was anxious to make sure we were having a great day.
