Put an appointment online and clarified what both dogs needed. Specifically, my dog needed to get his ear checked. I put it online in their website and they call me to confirm. I wrote on the website my dog needed his ear checked and told them that he needed his ear checked. When I arrived they only had him scheduled for a quick tech vet and wouldn't see him but offered later that day. Extremely unprofessional, I communicated to them my expectation. Not to mention, in the waiting room, a woman walked in without an appointment, front desk said she had no appointment but it was no problem to see her. Sounds like discrimination Not to mention, the vet tech had us SIGN our quote that it was 350$ not 600$. Guess what they tried to make me pay at the front desk? Yep, $600. Check your documents as clearly detail orientation is not critical here. I absolutely do not trust this place to perform surgery on my dog if they can't even get this stuff straight. The only reason we did fraudulently get charged an extra $300 is because we caught it. I'm sure others are taken advantage Also, if you provide your phone number you will get spam calls from their automated appointment reminder. Which is crazy is that is how I scheduled BOTH my appointments but apparently that wasn't enough to get seen!
