Fortunately I found Eddie and he was very professional and kind. My cat didn't want to come out at their meet and greet but he wasn't worried about it since most cats are like that. After I left she warmed up to him right away. During my trip he took great care of my cat and sent multiple pictures every day, which helped me know she was okay and also helped a lot when I was missing her!
