We looked around they had a plethora of things sport related, their snowboards, bindings, and boots were good deals. The next day we came in at 8:20, right when they opened. No one even whispered a complaint and the make shift line created was confusing so people were spread in line. The family on what she deemed was the proper X spot was the last in line and said so when she started being rude to the other guests. They were perfectly patient it didn't mind waiting since they had gotten in line last. All the guests were very sweet and went up in the order they had been waiting, but she kept making rude comments to me and them. Not a way to treat your customers.
