It was not producing any smoke, and when it did, it was the slightest amount that tasted like burnt metal. I tried bringing it into the store for a return and called before hand to make sure I can return it because most of these dispensaries in the area usually tell you when you're checking out that you can return the cartridges if they're at least half full and you have the receipt. One of the employees behind the counter who was making excuses for how the cartridge was acting due to the fact that the oil inside is live rosin and was basically talking to me like I didn't know much about weed when in fact, I know exactly what the differences are between rosin/resin/distillate. And if he knew anything about Rosin, he would know that you have to burn it at a very low temperature to preserve the terps or you just burn them off, which is what he was doing in the demonstration where he was just basically holding down the power button and blew the smoke out without hitting it (because apparently they aren't allowed to hit it) he took it back to show "a manager", and basically determined that I was lying to them and that there was nothing they could do unless the cart was leaking. The cart still will not hit. And the employee in the store spoke in an aggressive tone like he was right and I was wrong. Horrendous customer service. I will not be visiting again after being a loyal customer for years. Again, this was the first item I had ever tried returning and they ruined their entire perception of their business in my eyes. I mean seriously I've spent 10,000$ + and they treat me like this over a 80% full cart I'm just trying to swap out to something that hits. I mean seriously the cart was $35 and it's still 80% full after me buying it almost half a week ago I would've been fine with swapping it out for a $25 one and giving them a $10 tip. Now my pride would not let me even do that. I will no longer be stepping foot in that business. You would have to have me at gunpoint to step back in this business.
