My daughter Olivia mastered gliding and incorporated arms for the freestyle. It was amazing to watch. Ms. Carol is incredibly encouraging and skilled. She teaches out of her own heated pool, and her approach is direct and effective. She's the best swim teacher around. One call out for new parents is that we are asked to leave the lesson. I hung out in the driveway and could still hear everything during the lesson. My recommendation would be if you have a child who is always looking to you for direction - its best to leave so they can focus on what Ms Carole is saying instead. You can always check out the last 5 minutes of the lesson - but I found it helpful to remove myself from distractions. We were really pleased with the progress we made over the summer and my 4 y/o daughter can successfully jump in the water and make it back to the edge from the deep-end.

Most concerning was the discrepancy between the "progress app" and the staff's assessments. Despite the app showing our kids had met the necessary benchmarks, management repeatedly insisted they "needed more time" on basic skills. This created a stagnant loop that felt more about extending tuition cycles. Policies & Make-up Classes The handling of make-up classes was the final straw. While the facility initially promises flexibility with make-ups to secure your enrollment, they make it nearly impossible to actually schedule them. When we attempted to utilize our accrued credits, we were met with resistance and instead pressured to pay for additional private lessons. It is truly a shame to see a place with such potential treat long-term clients this way. We are excited to move to a new location where we hope our children will finally receive the instruction and respect they deserve. Coach rod has been patient, kind and pushed him where he could. His progress has been noticeable but more than anything my son just loves coach rod. On the way home after lessons recently he said, "I love coach rod, he always makes sure I'm safe and that I feel safe. Do you think coach rod loves me?" - we've tried all the lessons from Virginia vale to central denver and swimming simply takes the cake! All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
