Liberty was brought-in to renovate a vacant apartment above mine. Their project manager screwed-up and left the water running in the apartment after they closed everything up, causing water damage to the entire line of apartments below (4, including mine). At first, Liberty was very understanding and came and cosmetically fixed all the water damage on the ceiling and our wood floors (dehumidifier, sanding, staining). This initial response was fast and reasonable...they finished this by mid-January 2018. By early March 2018, the area of the floor that was dried/sanded/stained began to crack and separate with visible gaps between the floorboards in the apartment we had just purchased 1 year prior. I have spent the last 6 months dealing with Liberty to get their contractors into my apartment to survey the damage and fix (replace, re-sand, and re-stain) our wood floors. They have ignored calls and emails, dragged their feet in getting someone to even take a look at the damage, and had the nerve to try to bring in a second contractor to take a look in order to keep their costs down (this is 2 months after the first contractor had already taken a look and assessed the damage). I've had multiple points of contact, changing on a monthly basis, with nobody seeming interested in solving the problem and damage that they caused. Since March 2018, after numerous calls and emails, and threats of involving legal action, all Liberty Environmental Management can tell us is that the insurance company is reviewing the claim. But, they can't tell me when the insurance company will approve disbursement of payment, which means it's dragging-on even longer...all this for a $1500 and 3-day job to fix damage they caused. read more

Christine from Liberty came this morning and properly went to every source. Was courteous, very patient and advised me on other tips re: keeping bees away. Liberty came here every year, and every rep was very helpful and I didn't have to call them back for a re-spray because these people know what they're doing. I highly recommend them!!! read more

I can't say enough great things about this company! My main contact person here was Kimberly and she was amazing! She assisted with my insurance company and got them to stop dragging the ball! Once the insurance company approved my repairs Liberty had a crew out here the next morning. The guys Dan & George did awesome work. They cleaned up everyday when they were done and it is like no water damage ever happened in our home. I even have them putting a bid together now to remodel our master bathroom! This company knows their stuff! I highly recommend liberty. Liberty pest control sent out 2 technicians to get raccoons out of my house and their names were Reese and Jim. Both techs quickly identified the problem, explained to me exactly what they were doing with one way doors, "foaming" up entry points and meshing entry points. Reese was very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant and Jim was very knowledgable and pleasant as well. Thank you liberty these techs are great! read more

I have been using Liberty Pest control for over 20 years. I subscribe to the annual service and am assured that I will be "bug free" for the season! If I do see a problem, as a huge wasps nest under my deck last year, I just call the office and they are there to remove it! I can not ask for a better service and timeliness. I had a very positive experience with Liberty Pest Control. As a new customer, I called them to come and investigate a possible problem with bees entering my house. My fear was that I had a nest, since they were coming in through the window casing. The technician Adam, arrived at my house on the day I made the call, and he took a look at the window and discussed the situation with me, and then he determined that I did not have a problem, and that the bees just like to come in at night to escape the cold. He was very polite and friendly and professional, and he did not charge me for the call. I will definitely call Liberty back when I have a real problem! read more

Because my neighbor have bed bugs I need three preventing treatment in my apartment. With the first one I don't have any problem but the second treatment was terrible went I get to my apartment my sofa was so wet that take all night to get dry,my bed take 11 hours and my floor have a big puddle of that liquid poison with modding foot prints went I call the company to complain the manager tell me that was my Fault because I suppose to enter the apartment after six hours and he don't want to understand that no matter at what time I enter everything going to be wet. I asked if he can send for the last treatment the first technician and he reply that he don't have control of that, went I refuse the services he DARE to tell me that I can be evicted from my apartment ( I am Hispanic with strong accent and he think I'm ignorant and don't know my rights) very disrespectful.......
