They did great work on neighbors houses (I referred both of them) for Oakna windows but apparently out of business?

A couple of decades ago, my parents hired Bruce Peters to replace their roof and he did a phenomenal job. The roof really didn't need replacing, but mom wanted to update and she wanted to go back to Bruce Peters. Apparently he has sold the company. I had a horrific experience start to finish Including men sitting on my roof drinking beer. Well, now I had a plumber try to find the source of a leak and it appears that my roof is leaking I don't know if this company is still in business, but it's no longer owned by Bruce Peters, so steer clear. Not sure what recourse I have. read more

Edited to add: Just Exteriors no longer has a relationship with Okna Windows. I now have to pay for someone to come in and fix their work as Okna will only cover parts. Jonathan (owner) and Cale (windows) are not honest businessmen. . read more

They did not complete the project and caused a mechanical lien to be placed on my house because they did not pay supplier even though enough funds have been given to cover the cost and more. Several attempts of contact by my lawyer have not been answered. My house is not finished and I have to pay significantly more to get the lien removed. Be careful with this company. read more

Took over $5000 deposit and ghosted us. Okna didn't have orders for our project. Lied in BBB complaint response (look up) and they filed them as out of business. read more

Jonathan seemed to be really nice and helpful in planning our siding work. The overall work seemed really nice, but there were a few issues. Two windows to our garage were inoperable after the siding was installed because the wrap extended into the window openings. We rarely opened the windows, so I didn't hold firm on having the corrections made. An electrical outlet was sided over, and fortunately I caught that and had the opening put in the siding for that. A window screen was damaged during installation, and despite weeks of requesting the replacement/repair after final payment was submitted, the screen was never replaced or repaired. We also had to request that some final trim "clean up" (trimming closer to corners) be made, which was completed. The overall work seems to be ok, and it looks really good, but due to these minor issues, I wonder if there are hidden problems we will have to deal with in the future. If you hire this company, I suggest VERY CLOSE monitoring of the work during all stages, and ABSOLUTELY do not submit a final payment until ALL issues are resolved, despite how "nice" Jonathan may appear. read more

Just Exteriors was a great company to work with. Jonathan and his crew are professional and easy to work with. Our roof came out great and they worked into the dark to finish cleanup, which was very good. They will be doing more work for us in a couple weeks and we will only call them for some other projects we have in the spring of 2022. We highly recommend Just Exteriors. read more

We had our siding and windows done by Just Exteriors back in 2008 and were happy with the outcome. 2020 comes and we replace our windows again and need to have the aluminum wrap around the windows redone. Foolishly we hired the company that did our roof replacement because they advertised that they now do siding. Wrong choice. They did such a bad job that they ended up giving my deposit back. One window frame did not match the next, there were warped areas, gaps and so on. Called Just Exteriors and Jonathan, his foreman Carlos and the crew came to the rescue. I did not realize what an exceptional job had been done back in 2008 and not just anyone can replicate the quality. I would highly recommend Just Exteriors if you want professionals to do it right the first time. read more

We had 7 windows replaced, a window I purchased previously installed and a new window framed and installed. The work was don e professionally and quickly. It was a pleasure working with their crew. I had purchased 3 windows from a big box store and installed 2 myself. The Okna windows which Just Exteriors installed were far superior and cheaper! I wish I had them do all the windows! read more

We had windows put in in 2003 two of them were not working properly.Cale came out to give an estimate wound up having the parts he needed with him and had them repaired in half an hour.Very good customer service they got in touch with me quickly, came out when they said and got the job done.Thank You Just Exteriors read more

Just Exteriors Plus installed siding on my house about 7 years ago and the siding has been pulling out of the J-channel ever since. Carlos has been out at least 3 times to fix it, which took several phone calls and months of being pushed off because he was just too busy. I called Carlos last year to come out and fix the problem for the fourth time, but he stated he no longer works at the company. I wrote a YELP review about Bruce and Carlos describing how bad the job was and received a response right away. Jonathan came out and stated he was the new owner and that he would fix all that was wrong with the original job. In October 2022 Jonathan stated he would be out in a couple of weeks to fix the siding, but we weren't called until March of this year stating he hadn't forgotten about he would be out soon. We've emailed and called them several times since then with no response. A Month ago, we filed a complaint with the BBB which Just Exteriors Plus hasn't responded too. BUYER BE WARE!!!! I would not even give them a 1 star but had to so I could post this. read more

Fantastic company to work with. Bruce (owner) is very responsive to requests for information and follow-up. Job is done in a very timely manner and the crew is very professional and respectful of your property. Details are coordinated with you as to minimize inconvenience (i.e. they asked us where to locate the dumpster so it would not be in the way of our vehicles as we pulled out of our garage). Clean-up by crew is fantastic - clean-up is done daily at the end of the day so there is no debris laying around. Very satisfied with Just Exteriors Plus and would hire them again. read more

we had four contractors bid on siding for our home and selected Just Exteriors Plus, because of their knowledge and professionalism... They were in the middle price range but with a much better product than the rest. Did not disappointed us, their crew were on time, courteous, clean and always ready to please our needs. we even had another contractor damage the front siding and Just Exteriors returned and did the repairs at no cost. As a designer I deal with all kinds of contractors for interior work and have never given a review to any one of them.
