I needed my pants taken in and my sleeves of my jacket brought in a bit. Measurements were very quick and I was given a date of two weeks later. I was offered earlier but I was months out from the wedding so I was in no hurry. Someone before me needed their suit within the week so I hope I helped a bit by sending myself to the bottom of the list. When I picked it up, I was asked to go in through the Dry Cleaning entrance. I was given my suit, tried it on, and if I had any questions or concerns, to ask the woman working at the front desk. All fit perfectly so I packed it all back up and left. Great price too! I think I paid only $70 for an expert tailor job.

A week later I went back at about the same time of day....CLOSED. That same day I called around 8:30am, no answer. Finally around 11 there was someone there. My closed were properly cleaned, but that doesn't do me any good if I can't get them back. I really had to work to give the proprietor my money. I know several people who have had similar experiences and worse, but I'll let them divulge the details if they want to. In the meantime, I'm no longer a customer.

It's key to let them know of trouble spots on your items, they will mark it and focus the cleaning on the spots during then.

Even though their prices are a bit high, I trusted them with my cleaning after having bad leaving a…read morecleaner in Huntington Woods (which I went to after leaving a cleaner in Birmingham ruined a coat of mine). That Huntington Woods cleaner ruined a shirt of mine by melting a couple of buttons which were mother of pearl and replaced them with a cheap button. I gave that a second chance until they were charging me to dry clean for shirt that can be laundered (which is on the tag). They had no exceptions for my shirts so I left for Belding. Later, I later I found out they are affiliated with the Birmingham cleaner. Unfortunately, with my last order, they ruined a button on my shirt which is also mother of pearl (sounds familiar). Suspiciously, I looked at the bottom corner of my shirt and saw a sticky tag. This tag contains an id (believing to be a customer id) which is what the last cleaners did and this tag is a pain to remove. Sadly, this lead me to believe that they most likely sent out my shirt to be laundered and may be affiliated with the 2 cleaners listed above. Sadly, I need a new cleaner.
