They are super helpful - good at teaching you the basics but also getting into the details if you're more experienced.

Just recently finished a five lesson pack with Eric and I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service. Told him what I was looking to accomplish and his instruction was point on. I've been playing for awhile and have never had any formal instruction and he really helped me with my swing and giving me exercises to try that helped. My guy Ryan is a great golf instructor. I started going to him at the beginning of last season and took 6 lessons spread out through the year. His teaching style is very adaptive and is based around finding the right swing for you, rather than trying to jam the same swing onto all students. I have been to other instructors before that had basically tried to undo some of the things I was doing well in an effort to over-simplify the swing. Ryan is all about cultivating the strengths and incorporating them to work correctly, rather than scrapping everything and starting over. He clearly explains what you are doing correctly and incorrectly and then provides drills to improve on the faults. Another awesome thing he does is linking all the lessons through CoachNow, so you can watch back your videos with his commentary at anytime and don't need to worry about remembering everything he says in the moment. It's also cool to watch through old videos and see how much progress has been made. I have never had so much confidence in my game and I will be re-upping on another package for next season to continue dropping my scores. After reading about this place in an article in DNAinfo Chicago, I decided to pop in to get my game out of the winter doldrums and I couldn't be happier. I'm a newer golfer who started out in his forties so I'm certainly considered a beginner but Chris got a handle on my swing and I've already seen improvement in my fundamentals. The place is run by certified PGA Teaching Pro Chris Beedy. His shop is straightforward with laser tracked training aids which will display the flight of the ball. I bought a 10 lesson package early in the summer and couldn't be happier with the results. I've been golfing for 20 years but this was my first attempt at lessons. Chris has been able to retool my swing and break some of my well entrenched bad habits. He has top notch equipment and a great set up, and his video analysis is fantastic. He shows you side by side comparisons of your swing versus previous versions and pros and then is able to talk you through the proposed changes and set up the appropriate drills. He has taken several strokes off my score as my swing is much more fundamentally sound. I am even able to start shaping my shots a bit out on the course, and even when I do hit a bad shot, because of Chris' help I usually know what I did wrong. It has made golfing much more enjoyable. Aside from being a great instructor, Chris is a really nice guy and I always look forward to going in to see him. I can tell he takes time to work on my program and he is always flexible if I need to move appointments around. In addition to the lessons, I have bought several practice sessions, which are a lot of fun. He can set up a number of different games/scenarios on his shot tracking equipment, which obviously helps build muscle memory and spend time working on what we cover during the lessons. Finally, the cost of lessons/practice sessions compare very favorably to competitors in the area. First, Chris is a great instructor, who seems to understand that every golfer is different in terms of body type, swings, etc. But he has a great understanding of fundamentals and what has to happen to hit the ball well. Second, and this really wouldn't matter if he wasn't a good teacher, his rates are great. I got the five lesson package, and will probably get the 10 lesson package next just to drop in whenever my game starts going sideways. read more
