We purchased a new 2026 Denago Nomad XL on June 3rd. The cart was not delivered until June 11th and had cosmetic damage from where it was tied down. This was relatively minor and would have been ok had the cart not been making a squealing noise. We informed Mission golf cars Waco immediately and were told it would be fixed and to keep driving it until they could arrange for transportation. We drove it a hand full of time and noticed new sounds that were not normal each time. The dealer said they were going to replace it. Weeks past and I called to check on the status of our replacement and the sales guy said he drove the replacement cart and it was making a sound and he was going to see if he could have fixed before sending it. At this point I told him I would like them to come get our cart and reimburse our money. He put me in contact with his manager who immediately tried to up sell me on another brand to which I replied no just come get this one. He said he would have to arrange transportation and that we would be reimbursed once the cart was returned. That was a week ago and we have not heard a word from mission golf cars. In the interim we have made a few attempts to reach out to the director of relationship and sales at their corporate office to see if he could assist and he has not returned our calls or e-mails.

Worst Service Ever…read more Very poor service. Cart was "fixed", but when I picked it up it wouldn't run. I was called weeks later that it was fixed and requested it be delivered (to which they agreed). It was never delivered. Over the next few months they would call me about the cart -I would explain I awaited delivery. I also called them several times asking the status. Apparently they kept no records of the transaction. New people had no idea of that it wasn't fixed and I was waiting for it to be delivered. After several months I finally picked up the cart. (I called many times to give them notice to prep the cart for pickup, but they never answered the phone.) the cart was outside in the back field, covered in leaves and pollen. Very dirty. I don't want them touching my cart anymore and took it home. Being very unsatisfied I contacted the primary location in San Marcos. I left a message and they never returned my call. I paid over $500 for repairs that were never performed. I cleaned up the cart myself and sold it. I would have gotten a much higher price if the cart was in working order. The final experience: they gave me a card with links and QR code to review the business. The links don't work. Wow! It takes a lot of practice being a bad business to get this bad!

So this morning I tried to call their # in hopes that I could leave a message and someone might get back to me. The man that answered, yes he answered at 7:45am was TOTALLY RUDE! He told me that I was rude for calling so early and if I needed a rental I should go someplace else! HA! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP!
