He was extremely helpful and patient with me answering all of my questions. On top of that the cart was about 12,000 and I thought I could just Zelle the money. Turns out my account is set up where I can only transfer $5000 per day. He was kind enough to let me take the car home still owing money on it. Of course, each day, I sent him money and paid for it within the three days as I promised I would, but what organization lets somebody take a vehicle home without paying it off first! Kenfield is amazing! I had my vintage vintage vintage (yes, very old) EZ golf cart picked up from my home a day after I called them. The golf cart had a couple flat tires and I was out of town but Kenfield pick up & delivery crew were so patient and offered to come back with new tires so they could roll it out for me. They handled my security codes to my house and garage to get in and did all this without me being there. This is a trustworthy company that still holds on to family values. You can feel that every step of the way from when you first call in for a quote to pick up, through payment, and through back to delivery. They never complained about how old my "baby" (what I call my vintage golf cart) was. My golf cart is very sentimental to me for soooo many reasons (my dad passing away & love of golf and the dear friends who originally allowed me to purchase her back in Maine) and they handled HER and ME with care. They got her serviced and back up and running so quickly at a VERY fair price. I thought it would be 3x more as I had neglected her for a bit due to life circumstances. Kenfield even delivered her back to me w/out getting paid. The ONLY company I trust and trust me too. I love a great business partnership which can be very rare in this world. They even brought her back to their shop so I could have her transported by a professional golf cart shipping company to me at my other home in another state!! The issue was in the power cord and instead of trying to sell me a new charger OR even a new power cord, Marcus tested the charger, tested a new cord and when both were viewed as operational, he gave to me and sent me on my way. I like good, honest service. That is exactly what I we got with Kenfield. We have an older, 36V Club Car. We've done our share of repairs at home. When it stopped running this last time, we couldn't figure it out. We expected the worst. We were referred to Kenfield from a friend, dropped our cart off, and crossed our fingers. These guys were quick and accurate in their diagnosis and repair (less than two weeks all in). I picked it up today and we are back in business. It was faster service at a lower cost than I expected. I am rebuilding a golf cart and had what seems to be a simple wiring issue for anyone versed in golf carts as these guys claim to be, when I explained to them the issue they decided they did not want to work on my cart, fine I'm ok with that but when I asked as to the reason, there was no explanation whatsoever. After talking with a few people and reading reviews on different sites I now know the reason. Called multiple golf cart stores in the greater Austin area looking for replacement batteries for my golf cart, and only Kenfield carried the inventory I needed. The Kenfield rep that answered the phone was very courteous and took the time to put his eyes on the batteries I needed before I drove an hour to pick them up. Once I arrived, Kaleb greeted me at the door and promptly went to the warehouse to get the batteries. I was at an event this past week where we were using carts rented from Kenfield. Although I did not have any direct dealing with the rental side or the personnel for the company, I can comment that the carts we were given were in great condition and we did not have any major problems with them. During the week, one of them did get a flat/damaged tire that needed to be replaced, but that was taken care of in a reasonably quick manner and the cart was back up and running when we needed it.
