My son rode the bike we purchased 2 times before the whole crank and chain bent into the spokes of the wheel. He didn't even get a good 6 months out of it. They had the bike for two months while I'm calling them weekly about fixing the bike. And then the managers act like they don't know how to get in touch with the manufacturer for a bike that's currently being sold in the store. Dick's and their employees live up to their name very well.

And how could she walk right in and find it when 3 others had searched and not found it! Very disorganized store and I am very disappointed in the lack of response and care from the staff. All except the young man at the front who was friendly and apologetic that I had to wait all that time. I think his name was Jacob.

As I was telling the bigger and better Brad just yesterday, it was my most painful injury only to be outdone possibly by when I fell on a barbed wire fence while climbing a tree - at the wise age of 10- & grabbed the wrong branch (I knew it seconds before). Gratefully, the next-door neighbor (Ms. Rutledge, R.N. Ret.) heard my wails, cries, and screams and pulled my of the fence i was hanging from. Wanna see the scar:-!

I was leaving self check out and out of the corner of my eye I see something move. I stop look up and it's a target employee trying to put a cart away. I say "oops excuse me, you can go". She just stands there and looks at me. So I go. She throws her arms in the air and rolls her eyes so big her head is moving with it. I'm so taken back that this minor inconvenience in her day prompts that kind of reaction. I mumble something under my breath as I leave(because I am not a confrontational person) and she yells a condescending "BYE". I don't want her to get into any trouble or fired but maybe let's hold a meeting on how to be a little nicer to people. You never know what someone is going through and a little kindness can go a long way.

It flew into the woods and he teed up another ball and hit it with his driver. He left the head of the club in the woods but kept the shaft. I went back and got the head and asked did he want it, he said 'no', I don't want to fool with having it fixed. Since last summer, I've talked to several golf shops and pros at courses who do repair about getting it fixed. The conversation usually begins with: 'oh, I dunno, it might cost you a pretty penny'. I've not given up because I need a good 3 wood. Today, I called this shop and spoke to John. He asked some good questions and talked optimistically about the prospect of repair and replace with another shaft at a reasonable price. I took it in today and met with John who gave me a solid assessment and a reasonable estimate on repair PLUS a Senior discount! This is the kind of golf shop I'm willing to drive to from Fort Mill, SC. Great staff, 'can do' attitude and excellent customer service! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

You go here for the variety and selection of gear. If you check their website before driving in you'll find they have a good one with up to date info and prices. All the walking and I've lost about 35 pounds the last two years so I needed some new belts. They have a brand called Laze which I like. Lot's of variety, decent prices and the seem to last. I also like that you can 'join their frequent purchase' program and save some cash. They really don't put much of their clothing on sale during the season but that's to be expected. You will find they will be stocking the latest and greatest in most all the golf gear you're looking for, especially golf balls, you will pay a bit more because the won't be available at a discount on Amazon yet. I like to get there "EARLY' because it gets very crowded on the weekends. It was well staffed at check-out and I was able to get in/out real quick without a wait in line. Everyone was nice and helpful. As I suspected in my first post, the other Golf gear store in the same shopping center went out of business.
