I understand target as a company has not valued customer service in many years, but I'm astonished at how bad this store is at it. I was leaving self check out and out of the corner of my eye I see something move. I stop look up and it's a target employee trying to put a cart away. I say "oops excuse me, you can go". She just stands there and looks at me. So I go. She throws her arms in the air and rolls her eyes so big her head is moving with it. I'm so taken back that this minor inconvenience in her day prompts that kind of reaction. I mumble something under my breath as I leave(because I am not a confrontational person) and she yells a condescending "BYE". I don't want her to get into any trouble or fired but maybe let's hold a meeting on how to be a little nicer to people. I went into Target and decided I wanted some ear buds. Shokz Open Dots had a pair on display that you can listen to and I was pleased. I took them to the counter and the gentleman scanned them and paused. I said, "uea, they were eless than that". We agreed and walked over and a manager came by and started to assist. He said these are supposed to be $64.99.​ Then he said they don't have a price, can we do $64.99. She looked at us both hesitantly and he walked back to the register. I told her that I agree... they were I. The wrong spot but I want them. She said she can't. I asked foe a manager and she said I am the manager. I looked around and didn't like any of the other fits. I asked if that was the best since it is misleading and said said sorry. Im not satisfied with the result. I decided 5o walk back by and she priced them at $199.]up. If you're going to fire all of your people and replace them with self-service checkouts, get on with it. There is absolutely no value in waiting in line for anything you sell. You have 18 cash lanes available and only one open. I have nothing against self checkout lanes except when it is a 15 to 20 minute wait in line. It's simply not worth it. read more

they falsely advertise stock availability having me travel 20 mins out of my way just to not have the intended item and just for them to be sorry. unwilling to price match nor price adjust ... due to lack of availability and terrible system updates i was falsely misled online as well aa store rep following her in store manifest. hands down worst experience ever and the store is trashed nothing is where it's supposed shoes thrown everywhere no sense of organization and the associate had the nerve to blame the customer instead of rushing customers out the store they need to ve front facing organizing decluttering their depts. i felt like i was at a burlington i hold target to such high standards all they can uphold is high prices. even if it says in stock just call ahead. it's like a flea market in there no wonder they cant find anything and just waste people time & gas read more

I like Target. Wide aisles and bright lights - it always seems so very clean. Easy to navigate and the trolleys (carts? wagons? buggies?) aren't screwed up like they are at some other every day low price stores. Great selection of clothing for men, women and kids. Also a huge electronics section with tons, and I mean tons, of CD's and DVD's. This target has a grocery section, but it's not the complete supermarket selection that is only at a SuperTarget. Prices are decent compared to Wal-Mart, but you'll be hard pressed to find any massive bargains. read more

This is a nice Target. The store is typically clean. The employees have been friendly. The prices are comparable to other Targets. It has a decent food section. I don't typically go to Target for my general merchandise, but when I want a little nicer stuff from a big box store, I go here. read more

3 and 1/2 stars- Decent place, it's like the other target stores. Guest/customer service is inconspicuous where they don't give their names of team members or themselves and look like other staff blend in. They will work with you and help so far I haven't had problems with return or getting item I left at the store on accident. So they have employees I see them around the store but the NEED more cashiers. Every time I come I wait in line for a minimum of 15 minutes. I could understand if this was just the holiday rush but it's a daily habit. People need and want jobs but there is a disconnect here. They have people stocking item over ringing people up. As a result I ha e left items and left the store without purchasing. read more

Yesterday evening I witnessed something very disturbing! There was a Hispanic gentleman outside of Target playing music on an accordion and there was some money inside of it's box sitting at his feet. That was far from a problem for us, but what happened next was! The manager of Target called the cops and said the man was harassing customers and had him arrested! He was just trying to make some money to support and feed his family and is already down on his luck so how do you repay him? By having him arrested so that he now has to come up with Bond money to get out of jail (that he doesn't have/can't afford to spend!?). Really GREAT move! Jerk. How about asking him to leave politely, Oh, because you don't have any balls? Because, I guarantee you had you asked him, he would have gladly packed up and left... but you don't have a spine! Right. We walked past the guy and he DID NOT ask us for any money! He continued playing his music and he was not bothering us! We actually commented on how nice it was (set a nice atmosphere as he was playing Despasito (lol) I thought it was fantastic!) By the way, he was very talented and we even made comments to each other that when we came out we were going to give him some money as well. He was standing in the hot sun, working hard, not bothering anyone, just playing some nice music and creating a nice vibe. He was to the left of the store, not blocking the entrance or in the walkway. We figured one rich, miserable 'rhymes with witch' probably complained, but what you guys did, by having him locked up, was WRONG! We WILL NEVER shop at any Target again, because of this mistreatment! read more

Kind of crazy that I got sent away from target for having a drink in my hand. I didn't realize there was a mandate in place that said we were not allowed to carry drinks into stores. This is a negative star review. I received a humidifier for my daughter over the holiday season, hadn't gotten a chance to set it up until this week. It was a gift and I was explicitly told it was bought from Target. Had to bring it back due to it making a weird grinding noise, that I assumed should not be coming from a brand new unit. When I arrived at Target there was no one at the customer service desk. I stood there for a minute until another woman got in line behind me and asked if anyone was around. At this point we both start searching for SOMEONE to help us, any Target employee. NOPE, no one was around at all. Finally the other customer had to go over to the registers to request help. So after standing there for approx. 5 min I was greeted with a sneer and a "What ya need", in a very "ghetto" attitude. I explained my problem, she scanned the product, said nope we don't sell this. Huh?? I purposely checked the website before I left my home to make sure they had some in stock for the exchange. After telling her 4 or 5 times, I am positive it was purchased here, she just said nope. No sorry, no apathy at all. So I asked if I could leave the box on the counter for a minute, sure she says. I go back to the totally destroyed baby/infant section (boxes on their sides, upside down, clothes all over the floor, and that is a regular thing) It just so happens I find the EXACT humidifier that they don't sell. At this point, we realize the model numbers on the box are different but the product was identical. The company must have updated packaging. The rude woman calls over "April" for help, and April explains that when she was pregnant she remembered these being on clearance and maybe the ups or model # had changed. Sounds reasonable, so.....I give you the broken one, you give me the one that works right??? NOPE They refused to exchange it, telling me it was purchased at WalMart, well after just checking Walmarts website they don't sell this humidifier at all, I also called our local WalMart just to check, but nope. They have never sold it. At this point I am upset, that April who clearly had an idea that the obnoxiously rude woman who first abandoned her service desk, then was extremely rude to me, was wrong. The right thing to do is exchange exact product for exact product. I don't care how you have to make it work in the computer system. That is whats called customer service and the woman working this desk clearly had ZERO sense of that. Either shes been doing it too long and is jaded, and she just should stay in her home and not deal with the public if she doesn't know how to get along in a society. The worst part was, seeing as I am upset, this is a humidifier for my daughter, I said ok thanks for not helping. They obviously could have done something but chose not to, they were just cracking up laughing as I walked away. Some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen in my life. I have always hated WalMart for the big box, take over everything, treat employees and customers like crap, and thats why I have always shopped at Target. Target however is just a little brother of WalMart, slowly taking over the retail industry by walking all over people, and treating people however they want. Hey, I'm no Wal Mart snob, I'll shop there just as quick as Target but if I'm looking for slightly better shopping experience and sometimes a better brand of material then Target fits the bill. This store always seems very clean and of course has the integrated Starbucks just to make life a little bit sweeter. The only downside of this location is the parking lot. It's laid out a little off kilter and makes for close to the door parking almost impossible. read more

I was first in line waiting Friday morning 6:30-8AM opening for a new Nintendo release. I confirmed on Thursday that the store had the item in stock for that day.The manager (A) saw me as he opened the store. 0800 rolls around and I make my way to the electronics department where (S) tells me BOTH copies are on-hold since Monday. They said first-come-first served Friday AM. This Target "misses the mark" and cannot be trusted. read more
