So as a non golfer, it may come as a surprise to hear how much I love this store. Thank goodness I married a golfer! We stopped by yesterday, my husband oblivious to the fact we were actually shopping for a new driver for him for Christmas. I knew which one he wanted but I've learned getting to swing a club a few times before purchasing it is important. Elvis was immediately helpful, he set my husband up in the virtual booth and after about 20 minutes, 25 swings and a few tips my husband had added a consistent 30 yards to his drive. The beat goes on... When is this location going to figure out what good service looks like? I just left here after buying a hat that I thought was $35 due to the tag on it saying just that...well, fooled me again. I got back to work and checked the receipt and it showed I was charged $50 CAD for the hat, so back I go to find out what happened. I was told by the woman working the cash register that the $35 shown on the hat was what the amount would be if I used US dollars to buy it...I'm in Sherwood Park Alberta just like the store and we're ALL using Canadian dollars today folks. To wrap it up the store refused to give me the advertised price in CAD so they asked if I would like a refund which I said yes to. I've been coming to this store since it opened and have experienced this type of interaction too many times so I'll be finding somewhere else to get my golf needs met...I'm sure they would appreciate the business! read more

Was in the market for irons, simulators were all being used. 1 of the sims was being used by an employee, he was in there for at least half an hour, nice, work on your game and don't let others utilize the sim. So I finally get in and then after about 15 balls I get bounced and asked to move to the next one as a lesson is taking place in this one so I move and guess what sim isn't working and the less than helpful employee gives up and walks away. Well I won't be back, I will go to the South side store where they must TRAIN their employees to take care of their customers. Oh and there were more employees in the store than customers, I asked to see a manager but had to resort to the phone and email. read more

They need to replace their staff on there. I was prepared to buy a whole set of custom clubs. I walked in and was dressed well so I didn't look broke by any stretch. The staff was using a hockey stick style putter playing hockey with it and I was completely ignored despite the store being empty with tons of staff in there. If they keep that staff they might as well just close their doors as nobody is going to buy. I literally stood there waiting and nobody could be bothered. I'd suggest replacing with mature staff. read more

Hey everyone, if you are thinking about ordering custom or special order, don't do it here... bought Cleveland driver and iron set, needed some minor changes, staff told me it would be no more than 2 weeks , so I followed up yesterday , go into the store, give my name to 3 people they run around checking everywhere, I ask to leave my name and number and could they call me back in am, they say sure, I leave my contact, 2 pm today still no call, so I call store, guy name Jim says ya, clubs aren't going to be here for another 2 weeks...WHY I ask when I was told 2 weeks to begin with ? No reason... so heres my issue, they are disorganized.. had no way of knowing I even placed an order... made me feel like they probably didn't order them because wouldn't they know the clubs were late if they were organized...and knew what was ordered and due...and if you say you are going to call back and follow up, then at very least call back and say you don't know but are still checking... something is better than this treatment... asked for my money back and he kind of chuckled...so will be heading out to Kelowna for my first golf weekend without the new clubs... This location has poor customer service, watched staff standing around, ask for help and told somebody would be over to help. Ask again told somebody would come, but after 15 minutes nobody comes while all along 3 people are leaning on the counter up front Really?
