I found Club Champion after my son had used them for his new clubs. I was paired with Eric who was easy to work with and made the whole experience very smooth as he took the time to explain every step of the process and how they were going to take the data collected from my various swings and use it to match me to MY perfect set of clubs that would fit MY game. We spent time swinging all sorts of clubs with different setups until I found the right fit. I am looking forward to my new clubs and can't say recommend Club Champion enough.

She also found an unusually low stock of leggings (compared to other Dick's) outside of the Calia brand that she doesn't prefer. Again, see comments about athletic females in this county. On the bright side, they're definitely keeping up with the Williamson County lacrosse craze and offer a tremendous variety of equipment in all popular sports for young people (except maybe ice hockey). My only gripe with this location is the service, or lack thereof. On my last two trips in I was looking for something specific and needed assistance locating. Finding an associate that wasn't on the registers was nearly impossible, and when I did spot one, they seemed to scatter when they felt I was going to approach with a question. On both trips, I ultimately just looked, didn't find and left. And oddly on my way out, both cashiers who were not assisting other customers didn't even interact. The store is kept in good condition and is clean on each visit. Always stocked well and easy to navigate. Overall, not the best Dick's experiences.

When I walked in with my four kids (6,4,3 10mo.), we were kindly greeted. I asked where the softball things were, and the young man helped me find the area quickly. We spent some time looking at the many options, and found practically everything we thought we needed: bat, mitt, batting helmet, pants, ball, fielding mask, bat bag. They had lots of cleats too, but we already had some at home. When we went to check out, the man kindly told us we had picked out a t-ball bat, and he went with us to help find a softball bat that would work for my daughter. I appreciated that help in finding what would work well for her. Thank you! I would go here again if we pick up any other sports along the journey.
