Two years back I had to call corporate just to complain about a manager there, because she was related to the owner of that particular store, so she felt she had the authority to treat me poorly, then openly complain about me so loudly that me and me niece could hear her from the dressing room. And I am nice, always respectful, and give people the benefit of the doubt, so the fact that I had to deal with that and then confront her about it for trying to openly embarrass me in front of the entire store is... barbaric ?
