Indian Hills Country Club was designed by Alfred Tull and opened originally in 1961. The course is 6,631 yards of golf from the back tees for a par of 72 and has a rating of 72.6 with a slope rating of 138 on Rye grass. The golf club is in the close vicinity of the Crab Meadow wetlands and the Long Island Sound. The golf course has several golf holes that have beautiful waterfront views. The senic golf course has an appealing and challenging layout with undulating elevation changes. The club house is quaint and very comfortable, but in a need of a face lift which I believe is in the works soon. I was invited as a guest and it was my first time out playing the game since my rib injury, so I was somewhat challenged by the track's natural beauty. This is one of the most picturesque golf courses that I have played on Long Island. I look forward to returning soon.

Then, there was an additional 2 professional delay of games when our bay stopped working. When we finally left, they then tried to pull a fast one and add more time to our already expensive bill.
