You have found your surgeon, staff and hospital! Now for details. I was given Dr. Bagnato's name from a friend. A referral was made through my PCP and consult visit was set up. With my insurance, I had prerequisites that had to be fulfilled prior to surgery. The staff made sure I understood what they were, gave me handout information and made referrals to in-network physicians. After six long months, I was able to make the call to schedule surgery and schedule pre-op. The staff has been so unbelievably polite and friendly. Not once have I had the vibe of "I hate my job." They have always been smiling, caring, approachable and accommodating and this has not gone unnoticed. Pre-operative education class were beneficial. Office is comfortable, open and clean. The office alone has a five star rating. Lastly, Dr. Bagnato's bedside manner is wonderful. He is a busy doctor but once he is in an exam room, he is focused on individual patient needs. I did not authorize him to deviate from the operative plan. During surgery, Dr. Groves reviewed the wrong patient's file. He then inserted a size far different from any authorized size. In the operative note he wrote, "I felt this was the correct size for her." Six days post-surgery, at my first post-op appointment, Dr. Groves acknowledged he had reviewed a different patient's file. His exact words were, "I looked at the wrong note. I looked at the wrong sizes. So, it was all on me." Because of his malpractice, I had to recover from one botched surgery knowing I would have to undergo another surgery and painful recovery. It really does lift your brows and gives you back that nice arch. If you're a big brow fan, this is a must. And it really shows off your makeup. Hannah (she is awesome!) did the Diamond Glow facial, and I have to say it is equally amazing. I could see the difference immediately after, but I was even more pleased that other people could notice the difference in my skin. Very impressive. It doesn't take very long either. It's been a week since I had it done and I'm still glowing from it. Hannah also did the eyelash lift and tint and my lashes look great. They were pretty light to begin with so having them darkened and lifted (curled) really made a difference. I don't even need to put any mascara on them. Lastly, Meadows has great monthly specials for most of their procedures and products. When botox goes on sale for less than $10/unit, I will buy a bunch and "bank" it for use at a later time.
