I had to have a MOH procedure for skin cancer. It was in a very noticeable place on my face (right between my nose and lips) so I was very fearful of the end result. I was nervous. But their whole team made me feel very much at ease and Dr. Chastain was a true professional. If I -- God forbid -- have more skin cancer to deal with, this will be my preferred doctor and facility for sure. My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

I've been getting Botox for almost 10 years and this is now one of my favorite places (the other was a plastic surgeon to give you an idea of comparison). Courtney did an amazing job with my Botox. She credited my health regimen to no bruising but no, it's her careful eye and steady hand. She also fixed my recent cheek filler from someone else to make it much more sexy yet natural. I wanted my lips done too but was hesitant from a bad experience. After seeing Grace's I was sold. Courtney listened to what I wanted, giving me a soft, natural and oh-so kissable pout. She was even kind enough to inform me that the product I needed to fit that result was $100 more but it was well worth it. It's always a bit nerve racking to trust a new spa with your face, but their professionalism was apparent, including a very clean office. No gimmicks, only skill and genuine care.
