I have been taking GOLO for 2.5 weeks and I've gained 2.5 pounds. A complete waste of A LOT of money.

A total rip-off... placebos! This crap doesn't work at all. Tried for two months and actually gained weight.

I got this product a couple of weeks ago and the website states you will see results immediately. I have followed the diet 100% and no results so I increased to two pills no results. I workout 6 days a week both cardio and weigh training and no changes. I contacted customer service and asked about all negative reviews and why there website only shows positive reviews. I was shock they would state all negative reviews are fake reviews from people who never used their product. I asked about Amazon reviews and she tried to tell me these were never verified by Amazon. If anyone who uses Amazon knows they always show if verified. I asked for her to send me the backup for the studies and trials but again they would not forward the data to me. I am having blood work next week so I am interested to see if my levels are any different from 3 months ago. I have continued to take it since I paid all that money. I think you would get equal results by eating a healthy diet and exercising. If you have a lot of weight to lose the healthy eating is what is working and the release pills have no impact. Also I was extremely sick to my stomach and customer service stated there are no side effects and this was not causing my issues. I stopped taking it for a day and I had no issue but the next day took it in the morning and back came the issue. These issues have become less. They blame you as a means to deflect the issues. The return policy is a trap because you have to spend around $20 to mail everything back and that's a lot comparing to the money you pay for the pills itself. I have been using GOLO for 3 months. It has helped reduce my cravings. I follow the plans recommended meals of 2 protein, 1 carb, 2 veggies and one fat at each meal. The hardest part at the start for me was limiting my carb to the 1/2c serving size. I have not been wanting to snack since I started this plan. I found that my stress level is better. I don't go reaching for the chips when something goes wrong. Nothing will magically zap pounds away but I believe the supplement along with the balanced meals is helping me lose the weight. So far I am down 20 pounds. Some weeks I may only lose a pound or none at all then the next week I may drop 3 or even 5 in one week. I started to use Golo in April this year. I have been using it for 3 months and wanted to check if it is going to regulate my insulin as I was prediabetic at the rate of 6. Normal 3 months rate should be 5.7 or less. So, after 3 months of using it, my insulin resistant rate dropped to 5.8. My doctor was happy with it , so was I. I lost not pounds but inches. Everyone noticed that I lost weight. So, I was wondering how did I lose inches but not weight. Well, my doctor explained to me that I lost fat but gain mussels. Then, I noticed that I retain fluid. Ordered this for my Mom. She did not like the product after giving it a shot for over 2 weeks. Said it made her tired and irritable. Called the GoLo company to see about getting a refund. Their policy is 30 days FROM THE DATE YOU ORDER!! So tell me why a company offering a BONAFIDE weight loss product would have in essence a NO REFUND policy. Because they are crooks and KNOW their product does NOT work and WILL NOT refund your money. 30 days from the date of order (they could technically take 29 days to deliver it and then you would be totally screwed) Even half way legit companies selling weight loss products give more than a 30 trial period!! I ordered this product from the website. Customer service is horrible. Apparently, their shipper delivered it to the wrong box. I have sent numerous e-mails asking them to fix it. They say it is between me and their shipper, and refuse to assist until I contact the shipper (USPS, which I did. USPS will not accept a claim from me until 15 days after delivery date.
