Fantastic experience with Gomerman Bourn & Associates. Our daughter was attacked by a dog and we hired GBA. Everyone we interacted with at the firm throughout this whole process made us feel at ease. The insurance company on the other side tried to push but GBA pushed right back even harder every time. Tanya is a truly excellent attorney - ethical, hardworking, capable, and very willing to represent individual clients who are opposing large corporations, with plenty of lawyers and the money to pay them. My wife was in a hit and run automobile accident. When this happens, the insurance company that has gladly accepted your premiums can become your worst nightmare. Our firm was the one owned by a very wealthy man in Omaha, with a love for cute lizards with foreign accents. Based on how they treat their clients, they should trade in the gecko for a snake. When you are in this kind of situation and have to collect from your own insurance company, the odds are stacked against you. You cannot demand a trial, and let a jury weigh in on a fair settlement. Instead, you need to negotiate with them, and in this case, they tried hard to low ball us. Thanks to Tanya, they did not get away with it. She handled everything extremely effectively, and the results for us were fabulous. All our legal (and medical) expenses were covered in the settlement, and true to her word, she would not take more than she gave to us, although given how hard she worked, I think she deserved much more. The least we could do for her, is to refer more clients. If you find yourself in need of an attorney for a personal injury or employment law case, I urge you to talk to Tanya, and consider asking her to represent you.
