Edit: I have been assigned a new case manager, Bria, who immediately scheduled a virtual visit with a physician due to the amount of time I've been experiencing pain. I've yet to receive the follow-up from the physician on how to schedule the MRI they recommended. The timeline of this case seems to be anywhere from a few months to years. We will see how it goes. Original: It's very easy to start working with them for a car collision, but the case managers give misinformation. For example, not clarifying what ACV (actual cash value) of the total loss vehicle is. It's the value of the vehicle immediately prior to the crash not after the crash. Diana made it sound like I would only get the value of the vehicle after the crash, and they totaled it so it's worthless now. Response from this case manager was pretty much, "Sorry, life isn't fair." I still haven't heard from the actual lawyer on my case or even know who that is.
