Then there was the stupid cuts that were made that were just plain ugly. They require you to pay completely up front so you have no recourse after you sign dozens of disclaimers protecting them and nothing to protect you from their incompetence or mistakes. They did not even to pay for the damaged and broken part of the sink panel. Two weeks ago we were told they would get back to us......still waiting but don't expect we will ever hear from them again. BEWARE
