As soon as we walked in, Chris, behind the counter was extremely helpful and accommodating. My cousin is very small and the size she needed was not onsite. He checked his warehouse and brought it back in a few mins for us to try and buy. I love that the staff is helpful, but not pushy. They are patient and understand when you say you want to shop around first. Can't say this for the other shops, as it gets very car salesman-ish at a few of the other places. The night that I purchased the items, the store was closing so I called the store as soon as I saw the rips to ensure that my long distance number would be on the store's call log when they opened the next day. Unfortunately they did not have an answering machine. I attempted to return the ripped dress the next day even though I'd detached the tags. I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. If only Fanny & Isaiah's manager, Pablo, had great customer service skills like they do, I'm sure the store would have a 5-star rating!

I was at JC collections today and I have been going here for years. They have two locations. I…read moretypically will stroll up and down the aisles, looking for whatever pieces call my name. Today, one of the employees made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had my headphones on, and I was walking up and down the isles, looking for earrings for a trip coming up, and the employee came up and took my baskets stating I was not able to carry my basket around , I was a little confused since I had been there years with no issues. I typically don't pay attention to the employees when I'm there, but then I realized they were following me around like a hawk. Which I get it to an extent, but I wasn't doing anything suspicious I typically walk in the center of the isles and just look at everything. I only touched stuff if it's something I'm potentially interested in. No big bag I had a small fanny pack. What made it worse was that then I watched other people walking around with their baskets being able to freely shop. Maybe because I keep my headphones on and just look for what I'm looking for, but they felt a certain way. I don't go in corners of the stores or anything. I just go there to shop. Like I said, I have been going here for most of my adult life. I felt super uncomfortable and yucky after that. I will not be returning. Customer service doesn't need to be exceptional, but basic courtesy should be expected. When checking out, you're rarely greeted with a simple "Hi," "Hello," "How are you?" or "Did you find everything okay?" Instead, they often just stare at customers and seem bothered when asked a question. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and makes shopping here unpleasant. I understand this is a Melrose, so I'm not expecting luxury-level customer service, but kindness and professionalism should be the bare minimum. It's unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite locations to shop at.

I decided to visit Houston to try to find an outfit that matched both my expectations and budget. Princess Couture satisfied both requirements! Hiba was so patient and helpful. She helped me find outfits for both my sister and I. My sister was not with me but had specific requests that princess couture was able to help me meet! Some of the pieces that I wanted to purchase were not the right size. The team was able to take my measurements and alter the outfits for my custom fit. All salwar suits came with sleeves which we had added on. All of these alterations were done within three hours and I was able to take them home with me to Austin that same day. Patience, Customer Service, Collections will have me coming back for sure!!

He said the only reason he was here was because he had a client and that he couldn't show me anything. He was talking so fast and was rude. He said the lady who is usually here isn't here and he doesn't know what to show me. He gave an address of a different bridal shop that wasn't even open then. Definitely go somewhere else!
