I laid down all three on top of the counter and he started to scan. I wasn't paying attention cause I was trying to look up the receipt from the app. Then he told me everything was done and the refunds will show up in my app later, maybe 2-3 days. So I left, but the next day I received an email and showing refund for only 2 items! He missed scanning one of my item! I tried to contact the corporate but they said they didn't receive it. I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned.But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. So here I want to leave a bad review on this store because the staff who took my returns didn't do his job properly. I'm also mad at the corporate because they don't do any further investigation to help the customer. I seriously don't think I will ever go back and shop Zara anymore! Go H&M or Uniqlo. They have wha much better service for sure!

I had my receipt, tags were still on everything. So this should not take anytime, right....well wrong! The cashier (Dessie) was RUDE. I did not realize it was over 90 days from my purchase. (Duh, COVID) So she said she would have to change the prices on everything manually. ...ok. She called another cashier over for some unknown reason. I asked her if she could put it on a gift card/store credit, she replied, Yeah with an eye roll. During this time my daughter walks up and asked why they are taking so long and another lady walks up to the cashier right next to us. This woman was talking really loud to the cashier and my daughter just looks at her. This woman went OFF on my daughter. Asking her what she is looking at and telling my daughter she needs to mind her own business then asked me WHAT I was looking at. (Wrong move) My daughter told me that the only reason why she "looked" at that lady was because she was thinking is she having problems with Macy's like we are. This set the mood for our shopping in Macy's. Rude cashiers is not a way to get me want to spend my money here and we didn't. We left immediately. Macy's needs as many customers as they can get. They have been close to bankruptcy for years. Having rude employees is not a way to get me to shop here. WILL NOT RETURN.

I called the staff since I was confused about the measurements and they were the most patient, lovely, kind, and sweet! There was trouble with the phone and connection they spent 20 minutes maybe making sure it was all good. They then showed us everything we needed, and when we saw some more dresses we loved they werent ins rush and so sweet! At one point, they got 3 workers for us over the phone: two to measure a dress and one to call us on FaceTime showing the dresses. We were on the line with them for about an hour maybe more and they were for sure the sweetest most kind and patient and just amazing ladies!! Not into that, but we ended up getting 4 things! 3 dresses (which spare the prettiest I have ever seen) and a pair of boots which were so fabulousz! We got compliments ALL night long, and felt so confident! Without a doubt, though their clothing is a little bit pricey, the quality is amazing, pieces are stunning, and costumer service is the pure gold!! You won't regret buying something here!!
