I found a great home away from home for my Princess, in Paws for Play. Morrie the owner is amazing with her. My puppy absolutely loves him and always gives him kisses. The staff is great,friendly and always reliable. They dont nickle and dime you for everything like I have experienced in the past from other establishments. I could not be happier with this place. Five stars does not even come close to what they deserve! The staff are extremely attentive, kind, and their overall positive attitude really shows when it comes time to taking care of your pets. My dog, Utley loves it there and I feel completely comfortable leaving his care in their hands. For a personal touch, one of the owners, Pallie called me the first night my pet was there and gave me an update on how well he was doing and upon pickup I was handed an envelope with a "pet report card" and a treat for him. We boarded our 1 year old mixed breed dog for 2 nights over Thanksgiving holiday. When we returned to pick her up on Friday, upon entering Paws for Play, the smell was horrific. It smelled as if all the dogs (of which there were 20+ UNSUPERVISED romping aggressively in the indoor pen) had not been walked properly. My dog's 2" wide NYLON collar had been bitten off at the hard plastic buckle that snaps together from another dog attacking her. We had to bathe the fecal and urine stench off of her (she is housebroken and very good at letting us know when she has to be relieved) upon returning home. Since she is home she appears to be suffering from severe stress and is very skittish. She is having accidents in the home and her personality is just not the same. I WILL NEVER BOARD any of my dogs there again! read more

Horrible experience. At first we thought this day care was the best thing. We had just moved to Jupiter and in July our dog would go to Day Care Monday through Friday. Then season comes - they have 60 + dogs and one Monday we dropped off our healthy dog - and picked up a dog that was in critical condition. Our dog died that same day. He was in critical condition and NOT ONE PERSON even picked up the phone to call us; it was our understanding from the staff that they had put our dog in a room by himself because "he didn't feel good". My thought is that my husband knew how sick our dog was when he picked him up - and drove straight to the hospital where they told us our dog was gasping for air; and yet these "experienced" dog handlers did not know how ill our dog was. Then I call the owner and he tries to tell me that our dog was never sick while he was there - these people need to get their shit together. Something happened to my dog; somebody knows what happened. Please take heed and believe all the bad reviews here. The Hospital where Sammie went said there was trauma all around his neck and that all around his tongue was black, blue and bruised when they autopsied him they could not even locate his jugular vein (which let's face it is the first thing dogs go after). read more

This was the second time that the crew of Paws 4 Play came through in a pinch. With a family emergency, and very short notice, they took our Jack Russell in and took exceptional care of him. The greatest part of my experience with Paws 4 Play is that I don't have to worry about the little guy! After a week, he appeared to want to stay there...unreal (he had other friends to play with).
