Our main complaint is she doesn't return phone calls. We would have to call multiple times or go into Sierra La Bone to make an appointment. Third time to furry friends. May just be the last! The…read moresecond trip resulted in our Brussels Griffon being shaved not cut properly. No apology from staff. Gave them a second chance, after all our other dog is a mini schnauzer. Who could possibly mess that up right??... We'll, apparently the groomers at furry friends can definitely mess that up as well. Dropped off our four legged kids at 8 am. Was told they should be ready by noon. At 12:30 we called to verify they had correct number. At the time of this call the groomer verified we wanted a skirt left on our mini schnauzer. We confirmed yes. They advised it won't be much longer... At 3 pm we receive a call that the girls are ready. Upon pick up we discover they have not properly shaved the top of mini schnauzer snout and they cut her skirt completely off. She is totally shaved accept for her snout which is not trimmed, shaved or cut! Was truly hopeful these ladies would get better with time. What a disagreement.

We took our beautiful pup to Furry friends for the first time and it resulted in a $200+ vet bill…read more He's been to a few different groomers in his life but at Furry Friends he came back with a double ear infection, eye infection, and a fever. We had to take him to an emergency vet after hours to get medicine before the holiday weekend. He is a healthy pup that stays inside and has never had these issues before. Not once. Clearly they do not have good sanitation practices. I would never take my pet here again and have informed all my friends and family.

So I ordered a new one. fHe had a bit of matting by his ear and they cut that off which i TOLD them not to do. Not sure if it was a week or two later they called that they found it. Seriously ??!!!
