He and the rest of the office staff and vet techs always made you feel like you were the most important people at the moment and always were willing to talk over any questions that you may have. When the time came for our final goodbyes with our dog, they were very understanding and compassionate and you could tell they actually cared that you would be leaving with just a leash and collar that day. I did not ask for him to be shaved. I had to leave him there and it was 4 hours before I got a call telling me I could pick him up. What a complete waste of time and money. The groomer cut all 3 growths and they bled into her hair. A friend picked her up and tried to clean her up in the car. When she got home it was clearly obvious she had dried blood on her head and back. What bothers me the most is the groomer did not even try to clean the cuts and stop the bleeding. Then to not even mention it when she was picked up makes them seem like they were trying to cover it up cause they obviously knew they cut her. Now I wonder what else goes on there with the dogs that they do not tell the owners??? Finally her hair cut looked liked it was done by somebody who had never done grooming before.
