The wings here were filled with potential but didn't deliver on a few key spots. We got buffalo and another sauce that was some kind of sweet buffalo, like a hot honey or something of that nature. Ordered online and the place wasn't even open when we got there so that was concerning. They cooked the wings in fairly adequate time past that. The buffalo had good flavor and I don't think it's just some jarred sauce, I think they actually at the minimum doctored up a bottled sauce to make it better. The hot honey style wing did not have any heat so it was just kind of sweet and felt flat. The wings had a good size to them and seemed to be good quality but they weren't cooked anywhere near in the ballpark of long enough. Absolutely request well done/crispy if you order from here. Not bad, but I don't see myself returning. read more

Saw an add in the "CLIP" app and gave it a shot. Place very clean owner a great guy but..... was very disappointed. I mean I only had a 15 mi. Drive home but everything was SO DRY. Wings looked good cooking but were again dry. Pastrami was super dry. Italian wrap had no taste. Only could taste the cubed onions. We ordered Two different flavors of the chicken tenders. We specifically requested, BEFORE they were prepared, that they be LIGHTLY COOKED (NOT Overcooked And NOT Well Done). The young lady who answered the phone repeated this back to me! They were ABSOLUTELY NOT TENDER and I can't swear to it that they were even chicken! On each order the flavored coating was nonexist! They were so dried out, overcooked, stringy and chewy! Although most of the pieces were quite large, they were also FLAVORLESS quite INEDIBLE! Wings were very juicy and very meaty. Very tasty. Marklic wings mix of garlic and buffalo. Had a nice bit of spice and heat I enjoyed them very much. My gf ordered a burger. It was overcooked even thought she asked for rare knowing they usually overcook them. But it ended up well done no pink inside at all. The issue we had was the kitchen. We ordered both at the same time. The burger came out and was brought to us. We waited another 20 minutes for the wings to come out. I think honestly they forgot to make them. Three guys in kitchen. Two take out orders came in between. Wings take less time than a burger. So my gf sat with her burger getting cold waiting for me (I did beg her to eat ) while I waited for wings. I tried this place one time and it was good, not perfect but good. We were craving wings again so we ordered. I was shocked at how expensive it got. Additionally, my kids wouldn't even eat the tenders. They were bland and flavorless. Their fries were greasy and all stuck together. The mild wings aren't mild. Theyre just spicy. I called the restaurant for a refund and he demanded that I drive over there to show him the food and then he would maybe give me a 50% refund. He said I was lying and that he's been in business 23 years. After dropping 83 dollars on chicken and fries you can definitely get better quality and service from your local KFC. I can with all certainty say, I'll never be ordering there again. I dropped over 80 bucks, got called a liar, and we're all still hungry. Go ahead and give urban chicken a try though. We have been customers of Gone with the Wings for many years but, after tonight, we will never go there again. We placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday several days before, but when I went at the requested time they were not even close to ready. I waited about 40 minutes (being told repeatedly 'we are working on it', '5-10 more minutes', etc) until I had to leave and ended up having to cancel the order. The employee seemed annoyed at me for asking for status updates, ended up just kind of yelling at me, and was overall just rude and discourteous. I am not actually sure if they ever started my order - I couldn't get a straight answer from the employees I talked to. The wings have generally been quite good, but to be honest they're not nearly good enough to put up with this level of aggravation. There are several other places in town to get wings (such as Bonchon) - I will probably just go there from now on, and would recommend others do the same. I would hate to have others go through the same frustrating experience as the one we had tonight. read more

This place gets two stars only because their wings are amazing , but loses 3 stars due to their customer service which is non existent. You will receive better customer service at McDonalds. If you call to place an order expect to be put on hold for 15-20 minutes and sometimes the staff forgets that you're on hold. If you place an order whether it's online or over the phone expect a 50 minute to a 1 hour wait when the staff or online tells you it's a 25 minute 30 minute wait. I don't understand why this business gives the customer false expectations when they can simply be upfront and let us know the actual wait time, especially during COVID-19 when most of us are trying to social distance etc. Btw, I DIDN'T remove any stars for this restaurant for not wearing their mask properly, gloves, or sanitizing their hands in between customers. The food tasted well. However, I am a bit disappointed with the quality. I'd ordered a chicken ceasar wrap, 6 pc. wings and a can soda for delivery. The total came to $18. Here's when the quality concerns come in: -my order of mild wings were prepared with the sauce in a small container on the side for me to place on myself (I could have simply prepared fried wings and spread my own hot sauce on them). Really disappointing! - the chicken ceasar wrap was a simple wrap w/ no sides for $8. WHY? Not safe and violating state Covid regulations!!!! Went in to pick up an order and I was the ONLY customer wearing a mask. A number of people came in to pick-up without masks and management DID NOT enforce that masks should be worn or ask customers to social distance. There was also a man at a table who had just finished eating, which is a violation of indoor dining guidelines.... He had an empty plate in front of him and was hanging out at a table watching a baseball game WITH NO MASK. None of the kitchen workers were wearing masks or gloves either. And then someone sneezed... Food is good and I've been a customer for years, but thisexperience was very disappointing and we will not be giving them our business any more. read more

First when I walk the this girl was laid across the seat with her coat used a blanket as if she was home on the couch and as she sat up she was fanning her hands so her nail polish can dry because she doing hair nails at the table. One of the worst run businesses in the area. Deliveries take almost 2 hours and they don't care one bit. The food is okay, some things better than others. Wings are good, cheesesteaks are good, burgers are horrible. Unreal, we ordered 3 apps. Onion rings, mozzarella sticks and disco fries plus 2 cheese steaks. Everything was horrible! Way too much salt. Every thing was ice cold except the sandwiches. Disco fries were cheap frozen fries it was a solid brick. And our sandwiches a couple slices of steakums a couple pieces of green onion, white onion like 4 mushroom and way processed cheese slices maybe 2 slices per sandwich hard to tell. Only thing we semi liked was the onion rings. If I wanted a brick of cheap brick disco fries I can do it at home. And I wanted melty mozzarella sticks not frozen breaded cheese sticks. They were a life saver during super bowl weekend. They took our order the night before. The sauce options were good a little stingy on the blue cheese though. I don't think they expected such a high demand for wings so the service was a bit slow. But, the wings were a hit at the party. Next year just make sure to order and pick up earlier. read more

Their soups are great - pea soup Thursday is my fave!! Some staff have been there forever and it is comfortable seeing them. The food is dependable traditional diner fare. Their specials are really good and they give you a lot of food. They have a fully stocked bar if you are interested in that. We just ordered for the first time from Gone With The Wings. My boyfriend loves wings. But being a vegetarian myself, I assumed there'd be nothing on the menu for me. I was so wrong! This menu is huge! I got a veggie burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo. It was awesome. Really really good. My fries were a little soggy, as they often are when packaged in styrofoam. (wish they'd dump the styrofoam all together) But they were fine overall. My man got spicy hot wings. He likes things really really spicy, and reports that these were the real deal. They also came with a ton of celery. A big plus. He also got a beef burrito, which was not great, but ok. The rice wasn't great. Overall, it was a big and well stuffed burrito, but somewhat bland. All together, a good meal, good prices, and quick delivery (on a rainy Saturday). I came here a couple of times already and the wings can sometimes be a little too soggy for me when I get home and I have to throw them into the oven for a little bit. (I like crispy wings.)
