I found another place to get great drinks! I know it sounds boring but I just like green tea. I am a picky green tea drinker and this tea is really good. They have all kinds of other drinks with o without toppings, boba including milk tea, milk foam, slush drinks, latte, coffee and creative series drinks. Solid boba, but I've never been charged for "no ice" at any other Gong Cha in the nation and this location just charged me 75 cents for no ice! No where was this advertised on their menu either. I think it's pretty petty of them to charge extra for a drink I'm already paying for in the base price. read more

The only reason I'm giving one is because it actually taste good! But that's it. Last month we got 2 medium drinks and it cost a whopping 14-16$. It was outrageous but good so I let it slide and gave them another go. They put up a sign apparently off to the left of the register about a price increase... it's dramatic to say the least. I was expecting an extra dollar 2 was pushing it. Nope. They charged 26$!!! for 2 medium drinks. Nothing special. And of course there's another sign that says no refunds.... I have never had Boba or Milk Teas or drinks like they have but they are delicious I plan on going back and trying a different drink every time. I also had the strawberry waffle. I have to watch the sweetness of the drinks I pick though as I am diabetic so if you can't have much sugar make sure you ask how to decrease sugar when ordering you can always add after. Gave this place about 7 visits so far and it's a hit or miss. I believe the milk teas are good and the toppings (and their amounts) are great but I like flavored fruit teas sometimes and that's where they are inconsistent. I bought a lemon winter melon drink with basil seed and I asked for 50% less sugar and it tasted like diabetes SWEET. I asked to get the sugar reduced again and the lady just opened the seal just to reseal it because it was the exact tooth decaying SWEET. At another visit the lady said the winter melon flavor can't be adjusted in sugar but the lady before didn't say that to me. It was a waste of money. I also tried the passion fruit drink and I ordered it at 50% sugar and it was still way too sweet for my taste. I think some of the toppings have excess syrup or something. On the other hand everytime we order the earl grey milk tea at 50% sugar it turns out perfect. It's really hit or miss. read more

For a just opened boba shop my experience was amazing!!! From three states I've been, this is by far the best boba I have ever tried and I'm from California and worked at a boba shop back home. I mean this boba shop is better than Tutti Frutti and Lily's tea and bread! The staff were sweet and made my drink perfectly for me. We use to "like" this place. It's more of a "slightly accept". $15 is already expensive for 2 drinks that are mainly water (tea)/milk. But even though it was expensive we still went occasionally because the taste is always consistent and good. We went 2 days ago and AFTER they made the drinks and rang us up we saw the total and IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL $10...... FOR 2 DRINKS. $25 for 2 medium drinks. I don't recall tasting liquid gold but maybe I missed it. She said that the owner plans on breaking away from corporate next year but dang. You should probably do it faster before you lose your ENTIRE customer base. I get there's a sign that says there's a price increase but there is not one person on this planet that would expect a $10 increase for 2 drinks.... There's is not any inflation in the US that would merit that steep of an increase. Even if your importing some ingredients. For anyone going in the future make sure you ask about the price of the drink BEFORE THEYRE MADE. We were expecting a slight increase. Not almost double. UPDATE 20JULY2023: after I saw her response I emailed her on 29JUNE and I STILL have not received a response. I even provided the bank statement for the purchase. Been here a few times already. Service is slow. Maybe because they're new and getting some kinks out of the way. But today, there was a fly in my drink. It floated up to the top of my drink and stuck to the side of my cup. I thought my eyes were deceiving me so I came home and strained the drink out. Sure enough, it was a bug indeed. It took a bit but the drinks are good. I think the atmosphere is great but to make a left is quite hard out of the parking lot.

Drove over 20 min to get here. There was no sign to know where exactly the shop is. Too many menu options. I got taro and thai milk tea. The thai milk tea tasted like water. The taro drink with earl grey was a huge mistake. It was very expensive for those two large drinks with boba. Around $15. Gong Cha is no match against Kung Fu Tea and unfortunately there isn't one around Augusta. Will not be returning to this boba shop. read more

My family is from Hong Kong and we love boba tea. This is the best boba shop in Georgia! Highly recommend if you want to try real authentic boba tea drinks. I love all the drinks but my favorite is the black milk tea with large boba, brown sugar milk tea, mango slush and the red bean drink. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional.
