They make the drinks pretty quickly and they're yummy! Staff is super friendly and nice.

So glad to have a Gong Cha in Miami. It's one of my favorite bubble tea chains from Taiwan. Their name actually means "tribute tea for the emperor", showing the commitment to quality tea. I was a bit disappointed though, with the bubbles. Maybe it was a slow day, but I find the bubbles too hard in the inside. Also the space is long and narrow. They have some tiny tables with the chairs side by side. Not an inviting comfortable space to sit and chat, or get work or study done. read more

I've gotten Boba from here numerous times before, but this time was a bad experience. I ordered my Boba on Uber eats and it arrived like this. I have no idea what is in the bottom of both of my drinks. I only ordered the tapioca pearls so why is it red and blue. Unfortunately, I will not drink these because I am unaware of what is in the bottom of the cups. That is $20 wasted because it's in both of my drinks read more

Great boba. The inside is clean, and about typical. I wouldn't recommend studying/hanging out here as the tables and stools are very small (bordering on slightly painful) and there isn't anywhere to really walk around outside, it's in a weird strip mall-y area next to a major road. The girl who served us was lovely, but we did come a couple hours earlier to find it completely closed during their store hours with no note on the door. About $8 per boba, which is crazy, but I suppose in the norm for a good milk tea in Miami. read more

This is our second time visiting this store. The first time, we were unsuccessful in buying any drinks as they were out of tapioca pearls and taro. This time around, they were still out of taro (??), but we ordered other items anyway. We bought two brown sugar milk foamed teas and both were good. One was 100% sweet and the other was 50%. It's nice to be able to adjust the sweetness. Flavors were actually good and the service was good too. We've visited many other Gong Cha locations and this one slightly lacks in offerings, but hopefully they will step it up. read more

Wow! I decided to give this place a try and I'm glad I did. I first went with a group of friends since we heard of this franchise being in New York, which we know tasted well over there. I'm glad to report that it is also good in their Miami based location. I have tried many of their flavors so I'm happy to attest for their all around quality and flavors of their menu. Service is good, there is usually this kind woman at the front who is very helpful. Its a cute small shop with space to sit and chat with a friend. I only wish they didnt just have high tops as they are uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

Tried the brown sugar tea with pudding and REALLY liked it. I really appreciated that the staff was honest and told me how fresh the tapioca boba was, because I was able to try the pudding instead which was way more enjoyable than old, chewy boba. The taro flavor was a very powdery tasting and was less enjoyable. read more

Never heard of Gong Cha before until today. It's their grand opening today and there is a buy one get one free promotion but it only applies to their top 10 drinks. The inside of the store definitely looks like a regular bubble tea place. The service is fast, you can either order from the counter or the kiosk, then the employee will call out the number in your receipt. This place is definitely on the pricier side when it comes to boba. Drinks don't come with the boba pearls by default, it's an extra charge. We ordered the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Mango Milk Tea Slush. Both drinks are good. The boba pearls on the other hand, are ok. It's not the softest I've had but it isn't bad. Will definitely come back to try others. read more

Service was great! The staffs try to get orders out as fast as possible. My only complaint is that they always run out of things esp boba pearls (which is the main point of going to a boba tea shop). Today is the 3rd time it happened to me. I ordered through the kiosk, add my boba pearls but when I got to the counter to pick up my order I find out they don have anymore! I came here to try after seeing an ad on tv and this is one of the best I've had. Im always trying new boba and this is by far my favorite.

Super mean somewhat childish staff, have tried going in twice to order and each time they come up with an excuse to not serve me and my friends. I always say hi but even when it's 4 people on the floor we get mediocre service and practically ignored and after 20 minutes of looking at the menu on the ordering screen let known about their lack of basically having what we wanted after they glanced at our screen. read more

Hi! This is my first time ever having Gong Cha. I was excited to try it after watching different influencers have it in NY. I got the Strawberry Milk Slush, the Taro Milk Tea with boba, the Black Coffee and a Milk Foam top with Boba and Pudding, and a free Passion Fruit green tea (grand opening freebie.) I also got the Original Bubble waffle. The service was great, they were very nice and clean in there. Only sad thing was that I was unable to get the crème brûlée cold foam with coffee. (I believe they only make the creme brûlée foam drinks as is, not completely sure) I unfortunately did not get any pics as i was too excited to try everything, but it was all SO GOOD! I'm not going to rate it because everyone has different tastebuds, but my whole family enjoyed the drinks and the waffle thoroughly! The waffle was made fresh and hot in front of me. Crispy and fluffy at the same time. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy, and if you're looking for your drink to be more or less sweet they have that option as well. My favorite drink was the black coffee with cold foam! I don't recommend getting cold foam and milk in your drink, as the foam seeps down and mixes into the drink and makes it perfect. The foam is not too extremely sweet and was flavorful, and the coffee is delicious as well. Every other drink was also very good, I enjoyed everything thoroughly! I recommend coming if you haven't already! This is definitely going to be my new favorite boba spot. read more
