We ordered the roasted oolong milk tea with normal sweetness (100%). It was EXTREMELY sweet and inedible. We asked if there was anything that could be done and he said absolutely not. Doubling down and not being helpful at all. The small drink was almost $7 and he did not offer to remake it or give any other solution. If you ask for regular sweetness you should receive a normal sweet drink, not something that is straight sugar. If you visit this location make sure that you ask about sweetness levels because they will not help you. read more

IN LOVE with the Golden Oolong Crema w/ tiny & regular boba!! The sea salt crema is pretty sweet itself so I suggest getting it at 50% sweetness level or less. I've had it at 75% and it's good too, but too sweet for my taste. The mix of tiny boba and regular boba is so fun! It's a surprise every sip! My mom loved the matcha latte. I've also tried two of the brew milk teas: the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and the Honey Milk Tea with boba, at the default sweetness level. They're both great options if you don't like something too sweet and kinda tastes like iced coffee! The service is always exceptional. I'm new to the tea/boba world, so I always ask a ton of questions and for recommendations. The staff is always super helpful, patient and kind. Once they didn't have boba, so I asked for a similar recommendation and they recommended grass jelly. It was my first time trying it & honestly it wasn't bad. The texture was similar to boba and it didn't really have a taste. My brother really enjoyed it! Pretty good substitution! The ambiance is chill. Only one big table and a couple of smaller tables. Dropped in for a quick pick-me-up after shopping around for home reno projects. Parking was free and painless and there was a map in the garage to help navigate to the shopping areas. Service was quick and friendly. Mango with green tea wasn't on the menu but they told me they could do it. I got it with 50% sweetness level, which was perfect because I don't want my boba too syrupy but still want some flavor. It was a clean place with stylish decor, my only thing is it felt a little hyper modern and "corporate" for a boba place. I waited a day or two to really think about this review and not be so negative. I really enjoy Bubba Tea so when this new location opened, I of course had to try it out. I stopped by a couple days ago and the place is small, cute and minimalistic. Once you go in, you expect perfection similar to the way it looks. The menu on the wall says they can customize your order so i went ahead and order one of their suggested drinks with tapioca bubbles of course and just asked if they could add lychee flavoring. They said no. I asked why and they said that thats just not the way it comes. Ok so then i paid extra to have it with coconut milk and i asked for light ice. They said they could not do it with little ice because the match la mixture is super hot so my iced drink would be hot. They ended up adding so much ice that there was only room for a few drops of coconut milk which i paid extra for!!! To sum it up, it was not the drink i wanted!!! I also asked for the small size since it was my first time trying and i got charged for the large size. So, wrong size, almost no milk, alot of ice and it tasted pretty bad which chunks of matcha that did not get diluted. Not to mention my colleague ordered something similar and it gave her the biggest stomach ache as if the ingredients were not the best. read more

Years ago, I stumbled upon Miu's Tea on Miami Beach, and I couldn't wait to visit this location in Doral!! The experience was absolutely as expected (beyond amazing) the place is impeccably clean, the customer service is top-notch, and the drinks are fantastically fresh. The seating area is so cute! Parking is around the back of the building while the store front faces the side street. This obviously hard-to-get-to location is evident by their lack of customers and sadly the hardened unfresh boba topping. When it's hard in the center, you know you're not getting fresh boba. Tea flavor was good in the beginning, but for some reason, by the end of my small drink cup, I was done with it...probably being tired of chewing on the low quality boba.
