What the website shows when you order, proof that what I received was absolutely the wrong product

I asked my husband to get me a passion fruit yogurt drink from here. They gave him a very obvious wrong flavor. He questions it, but has no idea about boba, so assumed they were telling him the truth. 10,000% absolutely not passion fruit, tastes nothing like it. See comparison pics below for proof that the guy making it was wrong and gave negative F***Ks about fixing my order. Will never be back again!

I'm so glad a boba shop opened on pearl street so I have a place to chill while waiting for sushi. Gong Cha is a popular chain you can find throughout Asia and Colorado now has several locations. If you are still new to boba drinks, I suggest you ask the employees what their most popular drinks are or what recommendations they have. Also look at the signs for any special drinks they may have. I ordered the strawberry crème brûlée and it was delicious. You can actually taste the strawberry and crème brûlée. It has that burnt layer that crème brûlée is famous for. Just such a delicious drink and possibly the best crème brûlée drink I've had in CO. I order it without boba and I had it with pudding instead. It's a nice combo for the crème brûlée drinks to make it a thicker custard dessert. There are plenty of seating available both inside and outside. Lots of cute decor. It shares a space with the ramen restaurant so the bathrooms are located in the back inside the ramen place.

Service was quick, inside was cute, and boba was tasty. I got the Taro milk tea and the balance of milk to taro to sweetness was good for me personally but I like tea on the sweeter side. Great idea for a low key date: Hit up Sukiya Ramen then grab a Boba after at Gong Cha.

Tasty boba teas with friendly staff and bright, clean decor. My son recommends the sparkling lychee with popping bobas.

Since the pandemic, I discovered that things have changed with the set up and that the orders are placed outside at the side window - actually, I love this idea! While it worked just fine inside, albeit always a bit of a tight squeeze because they're just so darn popular!, this option was really convenient and works wonderfully. The line moves quickly, there are several seating areas outside (I think there was indoor available for after you picked up your order but, I did not confirm - it was such a beautiful day to be outside anyway! The menu is pretty much the basics and several syrup options - I don't need fancy, just good coffee. They're also super doggo friendly ~ two dogs in front of me with their owners together and one of those pups was clearly a regular based on how quickly he jumped up to the window to get his biscuit... and another.... and another... the final jump, I was sure he was going to get himself up and into the window lol! Pricing is reasonable for the inflation we are all feeling at this time, service is very friendly and fast, and my Chai Latte was perfect. I decided to add a touch of caramel that really took it up a notch - asked for a smidge and got a smidge! If you're in the area, check it out ~ it has a very cozy, neighborhood feel and there were clearly many regulars there but, they treat everyone like a neighbor - what more could you ask for?

It was packed, every table, but one was full, and we were lucky enough to snag that. Even with a full house, the place was very quiet, people respected the "wfh coffee shop" culture, and did not seem to be talking loudly or taking meetings. The drinks were great, not too fancy, but my Matcha was yummy. We also tried a gluten-free zucchini bread and a lemon pound cake which really hit the spot. Prices are pretty fair, and I had no issue finding street parking even on Broadway, although I had a busier time of day, I can imagine it might be more difficult. I love that this place was open later and I would definitely come back I know people have different remarks about the Wi-Fi, the staff gave us extra Wi-Fi codes in case we ran out, yes, there is a timer and you have to make a purchase, but they are very chill about it and will give you a new code if you run out

S'mores Pop-Tart: My husband got this toasted treat with a marshmallow topping, and it was incredible. It's like a high-end version of a childhood classic. Atmosphere: We sat on the patio since it was a beautiful day. It's a great spot to catch up and take your time, but bring sunglasses! It gets very bright out there. Price: We spent around $25-$30 for two drinks and two snacks. For the quality of the craft coffee and the unique house-made pastries, it's definitely worth it. Overall Experience: I highly recommend coming here if you're visiting Colorado or if you live here. It's a top-tier coffee spot with a few locations in Denver and I always recommend trying their coffee flights. Between the great service, the outdoor vibes, and seeing they offer cool coffee classes for the future. This spot is a great place to spend an afternoon.
