Dr. SJ did an amazing job with my adjustment--I left feeling so much better and could immediately tell a difference. The staff was friendly and the overall office experience was great. I also tried the red light therapy (Regen brand). While I know a lot of people love it, it personally wasn't for me. I found it a bit too hot and felt somewhat claustrophobic during the session. That said, it may work really well for others depending on your comfort level. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dr. SJ for adjustments! read more

Amazing results. I'm 47 and I have had back pain my entire adult life. I went through their recommended therapies and adjustments and finished the program with mind blowing results. I had a fractured vertebrae at one point and just thought life was going to be full of pack problems and pain. Being scared when I picked something up or even when I'd sneeze, not knowing if I'd "throw my back out" and spend a week on the couch. It's been around 3 years pain free and no thrown out back and I just do maintenance massage and adjustments. I truly mean pain free too! I have been seeing Dr. Tony at Gonstead Physical Medicine over 3 years. I have monthly appts to keep body working optimally. I recently began to have problems with my right hip and weakened muscles due to hip replacement surgery. Dr. Tony recommended physical therapy. I worked with his team of Jade, Jeff and Mason for 14 weeks, 2 times each week to strengthen my hip abductors and adductors as well as my glutes. I was happy with the program they put together for me. The results were excellent! With their coaching and exercises, I was able to spend 3 weeks this summer hiking in Glacier National Park without any issues. They also provided me with exercises I could do on the road while traveling. I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Tony and his team at Gonstead. I highly recommend them!! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Tony at Gonstead for over 10 years now. He is very good. I have seen a couple of other chiropractor's in the past and they aren't always able to adjust me, but Dr. Tony is strong and always seems to get me to crack. I always feel relief after my visits with Dr. Tony unlike other chiropractors who seem to agitate my issues rather than helping them. We tried this practice after our longtime favorite chiropractor, Steve Kongs retired. First, I don't like the "slot" to enter the main room all the while people are sitting in private cubicles while they wait to enter. It feels like a cattle call. The practicioner was very vague about treatment, even after x-rays (never given a clear diagnosis or game plan) I think this place probably works very well for auto injury and insurance claims. read more

I literally grew up in a Chiropractors office and I have expectations when it comes to how business should be handled. The chiropractors themselves were great! Great treatment, knowledgable on the injury and helpful in seeing us for an emergency. The office staff on the other hand have been most difficult. We paid cash and then had our insurance process it, we are owed almost $400 in a refund from them after insurance paid their partition. Was told by the office manager anyone in the office can process our return and put it back on the card. Went down today and according to office staff only the manager can do that. They need to get their stuff together and figure out how to run a successful medical practice. read more

I went to this place for 3 months. The office staff is excellent and very nice and helpful. Dr. Brianne was good. The problem is I don't think the Dr.'s care about you. I fell in "rehab" and was not even helped off the floor. Dr. Brianne was not told about this either. The girl in rehab thought she told Dr. B. Nothing was done about this. I finally cancelled any future appointments. I was asked why and I told the girl because I fell in rehab etc etc. She asked if it was ok if the office manager called me back. I said sure. Then I got a call from the Dr. that owns the practice. He wanted to know what happened. He said he was sorry that this was not handled properly and asked that I please come in for an adjustment with him. I agreed, as I wanted to talk to him personally. He was very nice and did seem concerned about what happened to me. He then told me that the girl in rehab told him she DID help me off the floor. WOW! Poor care and then not to be even honest about it. That was my last visit. I now am seeing a new Dr. who really cares about me. After 3 months with him I am doing great. Hardly any pain.
