My pain was awful after the incident, so I reached out to Dr. Brad. I felt a huge improvement after my 1st adjustment. This morning I received my 12th adjustment and feel awesome. Well they did xrays and pretended to be very thorough. The doctor did an adjustment but not a full adjustment which I've never had it done that way before. After leaving his office I now have major pain in my neck, shoulder and shoulder blades with shooting pain down my arm. I wish I had never gone here!! I went back for a second adjustment 2 days later because of how much pain I was in. Before he did anything he took me into his consult room and made me sign something saying that I agree to 8-16 weeks of treatment. I will never go back there again!! After the second adjustment where he didn't fully adjust me again I had severe pain!!

I asked if I could fill out the paperwork anyway and if the provider didn't have time to see me it would be done. A middle aged blonde lady angrily told me: "we do our part, you have to do yours". I replied that I didn't come for a lecture, but rather healthcare. I was then told to "get out", that I was very rude. I never raised my voice, nor said anything inflammatory. I asked her name and was again repeatedly told to "get out". I asked to speak with the manager, this was refused and was told very angrily to "get out". I am on Medicare and perhaps this is why I was treated so badly. I have no input as to the quality of care; only the front desk treatment I had to endure. I felt bad for the other staff and for the patients waiting. Needless to say I won't be going back, I can only hope for a more civil atmosphere.

He told me I responded well and hopefully should but no guarantee. I awoke this morning in pain still. But as the day has progressed, I feel only what I can describe as spiders running down my spine. This came after months of escalating boundary violations. He preys on people he perceives as weak. In my case, I was in full-body recovery from injuries caused by childhood abuse. He assumed the toll it was taking on my body meant I wouldn't fight back. This is someone who is supposed to be a healer. Instead, he used his position as a doctor to exploit and retraumatize patients.
